SIMON EKPA AND HIS SUPPORTERS ARE NOT SAME AS FOLLOWERS OF MAZI NNAMDI KANU, THE GENERAL PUBLIC SHOULD IGNORE BAR ALOY EJIMAKOR'S FALLSHOOD ON ARISE TV- IPOB.

We the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu debunk the misinformation and lies broadcasted on Arise Television on Saturday 29th July, 2023 by Barrister Aloy Ejimakor to the effect that Simon Ekpa's supporters are the same as Mazi Nnamdi KANU's followers. While we agree that some misguided supporters of Simon Ekpa are followers of Mazi Nnamdi KANU being under the illusion that Simon is working for the release of Mazi KANU. In reality, however, the majority of his supporters are sworn enemies of IPOB who are working with Ekpa to sabotage IPOB' effort at liberating our people from the evil contraption called the Zoological Republic of Nigeria and the release of Mazi Nnamdi KANU from detention.

For the avoidance of doubt, Simon Ekpa was never an IPOB member and has no alliance whatsoever with Mazi Nnamdi KANU or IPOB because both are focused on the freedom of our land and people and have no business with criminality. The only remote connection is that he, Simon Ekpa, was talking about Biafra on his own platform, which Mazi Nnamdi KANU saw in a positive light having supported, anyone or group genuinely agitating for Biafra whether the persons are IPOB members or not. Simon has his group called Autopilot, he has his own government, which he announced himself as their Prime Minister. The question that people must ask themselves is whether Mazi Nnamdi KANU is part of Simon's phantom government in exile. Of course not because Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has said it time and again that our focus is to liberate our people who will then choose their leaders in a freed Biafraland and therefore does not and will never support any such nonsensical and imbecilic government in exile.

If Simon Ekpa is an IPOB member, Mazi Nnamdi KANU in the spirit of principle of command and control would have sent the handwritten note to the Head of Directorate of State (HDOS) of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB Mazi Chika Edoziem to discipline or sanction him. But because Simon Ekpa is not an IPOB member but a fake disciple, he, Mazi Nnamdi KANU, has to write him directly.

Barrister Ejimakor has no idea what IPOB is fighting for and does not know IPOB's modus operandi that is why he attempted to export his lack of knowledge of the inner workings of IPOB and his confused state of mind to the general public. The general public is advised to ignore a confused Aloy Ejimakor and his false claims on Arise TV which are the product of crass ignorance on his part.

It is on record that Simon Ekpa has publicly maintained that his violent enforcement of the reckless sit-at-homes are to demonstrate that his so-called government in exile is in control of Biafra Land. He, Simon Ekpa, has not attributed the infamous sit-at-homes to IPOB even though he is hiding under the pretense of seeking Mazi Nnamdi KANU's release to perpetrate his criminality in Biafraland. Lastly,, Simon Ekpa, has stated categorically that he will not take orders from Mazi Nnamdi KANU, who is in DSS dungeon. Therefore, for Barr. Ejimakor and any other person to insinuate or assume that Simon Ekpa has any connection with Mazi Nnamdi KANU and IPOB is not only mischievous but playing the script of his sponsors which we the IPOB family are very much aware of because we know his antecedents. He never meant well for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu but only obsessed with how he can use the position of Special Counsel for personal aggrandisement.

Simon Ekpa's criminal supporters who carry out violent enforcement of the infamous sit-at-homes are neither working for Mazi Nnamdi nor for IPOB. These criminals, under the command of Simon Ekpa, claim to be ESN Operatives during their violent enforcement just to blackmail IPOB and give the DSS who recruited him a ground to continue the illegal incineration of Mazi Nnamdi KANU. Barr. Ejimakor knows all these things, but being part of the grand plan to keep Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in detention, he comes out to display his stupidity and shows his sponsors that he is working. The IPOB Directorate of State unequivocally calls on the general public to ignore Barr. Ejimakor's ignorant claims on Arise TV. Simon Ekpa is *NOT, HAS NEVER BEEN AND WILL NEVER BE* in any alliance or collaboration with Mazi Nnamdi KANU and IPOB.

Barr. Ejimakor is just one of the lawyers contracted to handle specific cases for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. He is not and has never been for the avoidance of doubt, the legal representative of the Indigenous People of Biafra as a movement. He is not an IPOB member. He has no reason to meddle into IPOB operations beyond the special legal matters that he was contracted to handle. He has no authority or permission from the IPOB's Directorate of State to speak for IPOB outside the few legal matters assigned to him by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. IPOB is not a village organisation, and we have cautioned him several times to stop making a fool of himself in relation to this noble movement, and that he should stop using IPOB matters to cut deals with politicians. It is his prerogative to enter into evil alignment with infiltrators and saboteurs, but he should leave IPOB out of his desperation to deliver for his sponsors . Ejimakor knows very well that Simon is a mole and an agent of the Nigeria government because he is an insider to the *DSS PROJECT OKWUDILI/ SIMON EKPA. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu would not have found the need to write the fake disciple and Crime Minister Simon Ekpa if Barr. Ejimakor had done the needful months ago.

In another vian, IPOB leadership the DOS warns people and lawyers going about meeting polititcians, business men and women, Traditional rulers and Religious Leaders in Biafra Land for any favour unbehalf of IPOB to cease and desist or be called out publicly. Moreso, people should stop patronizing such impersonators. IPOB has appropriate channels to communicate with whosoever we want to contact. We also have phone inquiry lines and social media handles on which the leadership of IPOB can be contacted.

Finally, the public should ignore the claims of Barr. Ejimakor on the Arise Television interview on July 29, 2023. It is *completely false* that Simon Ekpa and his supporters are the same as followers of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The IPOB leadership the DOS henceforth *declares Barr. Ejimakor a persona non grata* He must desist from parading himself as IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu councel from this day.

Who sold Mazi Nnamdi Kanu?

Over the past one year, many histerical tone has littered all over the social media space speaking on who sold MNK. This is how many were deceived and manipulated to work against what they stood for over the years.

It happened, and many were thrown into a state of confusion, many were surprised as to how a figure like MNK was able to be abducted. The answer is that abducting anyone is very easy, especially when you are traveling through various borders. Air travel is documented and you can never travel unnoticed. MNK is a leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra, but Biafra is not already an independent country. We need to understand something in this life, which is why I don't waste my time on who sold MNK when I am suppose to make sure he becomes free. Without Betrayals, Britain already knew MNK got on a plane down to Kenya.

Several factors and actors can contribute to the abduction of MNK, especially when international travel is concerned.

Have you thought about British government giving out his travel data from their system? Do you know that any passport that checked in and out of UK is recorded and monitored? What do you think, it will take them to work with Nigeria government with such details?
Kenya, is another perfect definition of snake in the plane, the world knows that MNK isn't the type that indulge in irregularities and breaking of law, infact, he follows due process in all he does. So, coming to Kenya, and checking in, in all the places he visited is nothing but exposure. Due to high level of conspiracy between the British, Kenya and Nigeria, sharing information on their target isn't a big deal. This little analysis doesn't mean that they had no snitch internally but it's profitable to fight and secure Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's freedom than wasting energy on who sold him. After our leader's freedom, it did be senseless to ignore or overlook our leader's betrayals.

In freedom fighting, once your enemies is able to influence your thought process and objectives, you can't achieve anything. You can't allow them pin you down or corner you. You must stay focused on your strategies and objectives else, you will be thrown into oblivion.

Nigeria government after the kidnap of MNK has done everything to make IPOB loose focus and detail in their objectives but the leadership of IPOB is not some regular zoo politicians that can be pushed around. They are hardcores ready to restore Biafra.

When you see people talking about who sold MNK instead of focusing on his freedom from the enemy camp, know that you're seeing an infiltrator trying to change IPOB's objectives and mission.

Until our leader is free, it is nothing but BLAME GAMES to accuse people of selling MNK.

This past year and some months taught me a lot. How one can be deceived into destroying himself without knowing it. Do you ask yourself why Lai Mohammed dropped his public offensive media onslaught against IPOB since MNK got kidnapped? How many times do you see Dave Umahi, hope Uzodinma and the rest mention MNK the way they use to?

We have him now so, let's withdraw our faces from the scene since we have people injected into them to distract them. Who's MNK without his teaming followers all over the world? How can he survive if his followers left his objective? This they boasted. Their core reason for unleashing infiltrators and detractors is to push us into "mission creed". They hope to push us to act and should we manage the situation, use infiltrators to make sure we do their evil expectations of arm struggle, but they met their greatest disappointment as we continued with our objectives.

Those you're actually following in the name of autopilot have one mission with the government which is destroy/delay IPOB's speed at which we destroy the zoo.

When you see someone who claim to be in Biafra struggle use the word "proscribed" while addressing IPOB tells you all you need to know. How can you separate the person from the government of Nigeria.

Today's Court ruling happened because they want to buy time but our consistency and doggedness will save the day for IPOB and MNK. Be steadfast and obey instructions from one central command, the DOS and watch them grow tired of you and give what you asked for.

If you're IPOB family member under oath with MNK, don't be distracted.

The instruction is; "whatever the DOS says goes",......... "Whatever Chika Edoziem says goes",........... "You must listen to the DOS whenever I'm not around "......."You must listen to Chika Edoziem". That was the words of the master.

Who knows whether Kanunta Kanu is allowed to do what he's doing to see those that will fall by the side. I'm just guessing.

Remember he said that he needs only 100 men to restore Biafra. If you allow kanunta and Ekperima to distract you, when the master will come out and ask you what did I tell you? Then you will tell him that kanunta Kanu and Simon Ekpa deceived you. Then he will tell you go behind me you betrayal.

Lastly, remember that prince Emmanuel Kanu who always visit MNK regularly never said anything against the DOS. The lawyers that are always in contact with MNK have told you to always listen to the DOS. The wife of MNK whom you never knew how many times she has visited MNK her husband have also told you to listen to the DOS. If you allow Simon Ekperima and Kanunta Kanu who have not visited MNK even one day to deceive you, then you will have yourself to blame not MNK.

We the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU is amused to the laughable and disgraceful statement credited to the Inspector General of Police linking ESN and IPOB to their already planned attacks on political campaigns and fraudulent election. The corrupt Government and their compromised Security should know that IPOB and ESN volunteers don't engage with Nigeria shambolic political campaigns and selection process they call election.

IG of Police should leave IPOB volunteers and ESN Operatives alone to focus on things that matter instead of trying to get them involved in Nigeria Government and it's fraudulent political processes. If Nigeria Police have concluded their plans to commit crimes during political campaigns and tag it on IPOB and ESN they will fail as usual.
Any time Nigeria Security Agencies raises false alarm, know that they have planned attacks to blackmail IPOB and ESN Operatives but we cannot allow them to continue their business of blackmail. These compromised Security Agencies have killed innocent people in an effort to blackmail IPOB but Chukwu Okike Abiama have always vindicated us.

We have always maintained that we are not interested in anything that has to do with Nigeria let alone taking any side in their fraudulent political process. IPOB are not Zoo politicians. The only political process that IPOB will participate in is a UN supervised Biafra Referendum that will usher in Biafra Sovereignty and Independence.
Anyone intending to link ESN Operative, Volunteers, including IPOB members in their planned political attacks is deluded and regret will always be their portion.
Inspector of Police and his criminal officers should stop their planned attacks because they will always be exposed and disgraced. IPOB hands are clean. In the process of blackmailing IPOB they will plunge Nigeria into a political crisis that will consume Nigeria and their corrupt polititcians.

If this fulani led Government want IPOB to be part of their politics, they should fix a date for Biafra Referendum then they will see civilized political prowess of IPOB. Desperately linking IPOB to this fraudulent election shows that the Government have lost focus.

IPOB have remained peaceful and nonviolent in our quest of seeking Biafra freedom from Nigeria State and no amount of blackmail can change our resolve to restore Biafra from the shackles of Nigeria Government.

Nigeria Government should leave IPOB/ESN alone. We are bigger than their political strategies. They can link or lure other groups into Nigeria Politics but not IPOB because we remain focused on our mission and can't be attracted to what we abhor. We abhor anything Nigeria and can't be attracted to what we have rejected.

We know that Fulani IG and Fulani Presidency have perfected plans to kill people for politics and link it to IPOB for their usual blackmail. We also know they have mobilized some compromised media houses to help them spread their lies against IPOB and ESN. We are already used to their blackmail and are waiting to expose their lies.

The whole world should know that IPOB is not interested in the selection process they call election in Nigeria because it doesn't meet our standards to achieve Biafra freedom. IPOB will achieve Biafra freedom, not through Nigeria politics or election but through a UN supervised referendum or an outright declaration of BIAFRA.

UPDATE ON OUR ROUTINE VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT - ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE SERVICES (DSS) ABUJA, TODAY, BEING THE 26TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2022:

The Court-Ordered routine visit to our indefatigable Client - Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was conducted today at the DSS Headquarters Abuja, where Onyendu is still being held in solitary confinement for over 14 months.

I spent quality time with Onyendu today, during which period he confirmed to me, that following the public outcry and wide condemnation that trailed the lack of proper medical attention in addressing his worsening health condition, the DSS in a feeble attempt at improvisation, in order to cure a serious health condition such as the one confronting Onyendu, only succeeded in procuring two doses, out of the full dosage of seven bottles of the prescribed medications.

The two doses were exhausted on Saturday, 24th September 2022. The effect of the prevailing situation is that, the limited dosage of the prescription Onyendu was provided with, is just a drop in the ocean, which did not achieve the desired result.

We are no longer in doubt that the DSS has run out of medical options in managing Onyendu’s debilitating health condition. Hence, our passionate plea is for the unconditional release of Onyendu to enable us to seek proper medical attention.

Otherwise, we should be allowed to provide the required funding to the DSS to enable them to purchase the complete prescribed medications for Onyendu, or we could procure them ourselves in order to ensure that Onyendu leaves the DSS facility in good health condition upon regaining his freedom soon.

Onyendu was profoundly elated on the outpouring of prayers, good wishes and solidarity on his special day on earth. He requested the expression of his heartfelt gratitude to you all, UmuChineke, followers, friends, families, and all lovers of freedom across the globe for massively celebrating him on his birthday. He does not take this for granted.

Onyendu assures you all, UmuChineke, that he will emerge stronger and victorious in the end, and which freedom will greatly impact positively on the lives of UmuChineke.

Nigeria was not structured to work. Nigeria is a control tool of the British government. They brought in different people with different Ideology and world view together and for the last 100 years they have continued to kill each other. More than 5 million people have been killed for one Nigeria to keep on going.

No body cares. The world keep fooling themselves about Nigeria. They keep telling themselves that the diversity in Nigeria is their strength, while in essence it is their destruction.

Send a Fulanii soldier or police to Igbo land and he will be shooting at everything that moves. The use every opportunity they get to showcase the type of hatred they have for the Igbo. What is happening right now in Imo State is a case study.

Elections in Nigeria is fraud. Those telling you that elections, PDP or APC will remedy the unworkable one Nigeria are just fraudulent souls that want to gain through your ignorance. Do not listen to them.

If you embrace One Nigeria, you will grow old in poverty, die of penury and your children children will go the same way and nothing will ever change.

Nigeria's Deadly War On Secessionists

I have thought about writing this article about Nigeria's deadly war against Secessionists many times, and whenever I want to start I get this cold chill, that I will have to drop the idea.

In case you don't know, my name is Elochukwu Ohagi, I am a school Teacher and Activist. I have for many years written on the need for Nigeria and Nigeria politicians to do the right thing. Nigeria has all it takes to be among the world first class countries, but with corruption, nepotism, evil and killing of indigenous people, they didn't just lost their place, they threw themselves into deep dungeon of poverty and hopelessness.

Personally, I found out that it has been a waste of time talking to the consciences of these politicians to do the right thing. I noticed that Nigeria as constituted can never be better. After a careful study of the different people forced together by Britain to become what is today called Nigeria, I realised that the only remedy for the problem ravaging Nigeria is absolute division of the country.

I have been a critique of the evils of Nigeria politicians, and a strong believer in a disintegrated Nigeria. I have written a lot about Nigeria and their evils, so I think I have witnessed a lot regarding to Nigeria's deadly moves against the secessionists agenda of the indigenous people of Biafra.

Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) is a group in the former Eastern Nigeria seeking for the restoration of Biafra. Biafra was declared by Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu in 1967, after the deadly Pogrom of the Easterners, especially the Igbo in Northern Nigeria. More than 700 Igbo people were killed and littered in the streets of the North. Children, mothers and even pregnant women weren't spared. This forced the Eastern consultative forum to come together and reached a consensus that the East should secede and Ojukwu was mandated to declare Biafra a Republic.

The declaration of Biafra was met with a military action by Nigeria government. Gowon declared war on Biafra. It is still funny that Nigeria declared war against a people they killed more than 700 of them, just to force them back to Nigeria. The war raged, British government backed Nigeria, gave them weapons and in the long run, more than 3.5 million Biafrans lost their lives, especially children.

It is more than 50 years after the war and the youths of the Eastern Region are again demanding for a Biafra state. This call for the disintegration of Nigeria is being championed by IPOB, a movement established by a British citizen Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is currently held by the Department Of Secret Service in an underground cell in Abuja. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped in Kenya by the combination of Kenya and Nigeria agents. It is worthy of note that United Nation's group on arbitrary arrest and Human rights has asked Nigeria to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally, pay compensation and have those involved in kidnapping him punished. But Nigeria government has been adamant and still holding and torturing him.

IPOB is demanding for referendum as to have the opportunity to decide through plebiscite on where they want to belong, Nigeria or Biafra. They are flag waving peaceful protesting youths demanding for their right to safe determination. But unfortunately, what they are doing has not gone well with the Nigeria government. Nigeria government has done many evil against this group. Thousands of them has been abducted, imprisoned and killed.

Declaration Of IPOB As Terrorist Group

In 2017, the attorney general of the federation (AGF) Abubakar Malami filed an application in Abuja federal high court, pleading them to have Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) declared a terrorist group. IPOB has been in court contesting this court injunction. IPOB has not done anything that can be considered an act of terrorism. For demanding for referendum and peacefully protesting can't be tagged an act of terrorism. Again, IPOB has presence and is well registered in almost all the counties of the world, and none of these countries have declared IPOB a terrorist group. But Nigeria government thinks branding them a terrorist group will some how stop IPOB from gaining independence from Nigeria.

Operation Python Dance

Since 2017 till date, Nigeria government has declared three operation python dance on IPOB. In these operations carried out by Nigeria Military, many IPOB members were killed. On 14th September 2017, Nigeria Military waged an attack in the little town of Afaraukwu Ibeku in Umuahia, the home town of IPOB leader. That very day, Nigeria Military made an attempt on the life of the IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and ended up killing many people in Mazi Nnamdi Kanu father's compound. About 28 members of IPOB were killed, including Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's cousin sister and their pet dog. Elsewhere in different parts of the East, many youths were killed and bodies dumped in different bushes.

Abductions And Disappearing Of IPOB Members

Also Nigeria government has employed abduction and disappearing of IPOB members as a means of stopping them. To achieve this, it seems that Nigeria government has assumed the place of terrorists terrorising the people, just to stop them from demanding for freedom. Many IPOB members has been abducted by Nigeria security. Many of those abducted has not been seen or heard from till this very day. Idara Gold, a young lady from Akwaibom state who is also an IPOB member was kidnapped by DSS since 8 months ago, without trial. Both her lawyers and family members has not seen her till this very day. Nigeria government has committed lots of atrocities just to stop IPOB. Atrocities that includes murder.

Use Of Banks In Nigeria To Lure IPOB Members Out For Possible Abduction

This new method from Nigeria government to arrest IPOB members and those speaking out against the illegal abduction of IPOB members in Nigeria is very shameful both in the side of Nigeria government and the different commercial banks in Nigeria working with the government to give out their customers for possible abduction and death. More than 50 IPOB members has been abducted in different banks in Nigeria. Recently, I received a message from first bank that my card that supposed to expire in 2015 will stop working in 30th September 2022. That I should go to any of their branch to have it ratified. I am still waiting till 30th September so that first bank will tell me publicly what happened to the card I duly paid for. This is the way many got abducted. Nigeria government has criminalised all form of activism. They want to keep killing IPOB members with no one speaking about it. This same Nigeria government did same to Activists that spoke against their actions against protesters.

Collaboration With Social Media Giants

Nigeria government has been working with Social media giants like Faceb00k and Twîtter in fighting secessionist agenda in Nigeria. They use them to get informations and details of people using these platforms to seek for their right to safe determination. The social media giants also work against those speaking out against the atrocities of the Nigeria government. They hinder and block their accounts recklessly.

Burning Of Villages And Towns

Nigeria government has also used the burning of villages and towns to force the people into rejecting the call for secession. Just on 17th September 2022, Nigeria Military went to Eke Ututu in Orsuihiteokwa, looted the market and burnt the entire market down. Also such has happened in different parts of Imo state including Awommama and Ugwuta.

Extrajudicial Killing

Today in Nigeria Igbo youths, especially those living in South East and South South has become endangered. Igbo youths are killed at random. In Imo state, any youth caught with a mark on his body will never come home alive. Many has been killed and dumped in many borrow pits by members of Ebubeagu and Nigeria Military. Many villages has been deserted, as security Operatives goes there to murder youths.

Use Of Blackmail And Infiltration

After many years of Nigeria war against IPOB without success, they employed the use of blackmail and infiltration. Lots of people were recruited and paid to infiltrate IPOB pending the kidnap of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Immediately Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped, these people were unleashed on IPOB. They came with lies and blackmail. They worked for the government in making sure that the blackmail against IPOB will stick. These infiltrators worked to disorganise IPOB and make IPOB members to stop taking order from IPOB leadership. With this, IPOB will become a group without order, a group of lawlessness. And in that situation, IPOB can be accused of any crime and it will stick. During this period many individuals were killed, including a military couple and the Nigeria government using Nigeria media accused IPOB members.

Conclusion

Nigeria war against secessionists can best be described as an act of terrorism against innocent people. I will keep saying it that the people working assiduously for the disintegration of Nigeria are those in government and their security counterparts. The activities of these people have left huge scares on the hearts of people that they think of no other think than Nigeria's disintegration. You can't terrorize the people into accepting Nigeria. Your terrorism against the people will rather push them far away from Nigeria. How many will you have to kill, kidnap, disappear, imprison before you understand that what is happening can't be settled with bullets?
