Mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) manifests through a spectrum of symptoms, including severe allergic reactions life threatening reactions such as anaphylaxis,gastrointestinal issues such as abdominal pain and, skin problems like hives and itching, cardiovascular symptoms like palpitations, and neurological challenges including brain fog,seizures and migraines. Additionally, there are no currently NICE guidelines or pathways so patients are denied essential treatment and adequate care on the NHS. Please sign this petition to help support patients with a better quality of life and potentially life saving treatment

As someone affected by MCAS challenges, including misdiagnosis, limited awareness, and medication access, I urge government to fund activities to enhance awareness, increase research funding, support medication access and collaborate with patient advocacy to support a patient-centric approach.
