ANNOUNCEMENT // New single by featuring to to release in November! 👀

BPSOCA Music’s latest project is set to be a Dancehall track, with Riverside Productionz as its producer. Riverside Productionz is a fresh, up and coming production brand, founded by Mike Williams in 2009. The brand specialises in Dancehall and Afrobeat music and has already worked with a number of big names such as Tippa Irie, Gappy Ranks, ReddmanUK, and more.

Marl-E is set to feature on the new track, a talented London based music artist, whose roots sit deep in the Dancehall genre. For his entire life, Marl-E has been surrounded by Reggae and Dancehall. He takes inspiration not only from his grandfather’s famous street parties in Newlands, Jamaica, but also from iconic artists such as Bob Marley, Beenie Man, Garnett Silk, Mavado and Busy Signal. Marl-E’s YouTube channel already features a noteworthy number of great tracks, with Bruk It Off being his most popular track to date.

The incredible Jessica Fernandes is also set to feature on the new BPSOCA Music track.

BPSOCA Music are excited to announce the launch of their third project, following on from projects kick-started back in August. This latest single release is set to be a Soca track, with BPSOCA continuing to elevate Caribbean culture within the UK music industry.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Kyle Phillips is set to produce the single. He is a well-known and highly talented songwriter and producer, creating many Soca hits under his brand Badjohn Republic and K.M.P Music Lab.  Phillip’s distinctive music style appeals to a diverse Caribbean culture, whilst simultaneously involving a global sound. Over the course of his music career, he has worked with big names such as Kerwin Du Bois, Patrice Roberts, Voice, and Machel Montano.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Phillips is now set to work with Simbaarley on BPSOCA Music’s latest Soca single release, who is an up and coming artist in the UK music industry. Simbaarley’s debut single, “I Doh Care”, was an instant hit in the UK Soca Scene, and was soon followed up by tracks “Intellectual Wine” and “My Island”.

Simbaarley’s new single will also be co-written by Prince Pronto, an incredible Trinidad-based artist, songwriter and producer. He is known for his various songs such as “House Party”, “Soca Kingdom” and “Hello Carnival”, amongst many other hits.

The single will be released later this year on all streaming platforms.

BPSOCA Music are thrilled to announce that our first riddim will be produced by Hardware.

Hardware, based in Barbados, produced hits such as “Give It To Ya” and “Popdown”. His popularity has drawn much attention and interest, and we are excited that he will be working alongside Ms Desire, Terrah Dan and Nat and Ish.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ms Desire is a UK Soca artist and was recently crowned the ACASA virtual Groovy monarch 2020 title with her song, Soca Raised Me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Terrah Dan is a Bajan born Soca artist, based in the UK. He started his music career making dancehall music before producing Soca hits such as 'Chocolate' and 'Partying'.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fresh faces Nat and Ish have already taken the UK soca scene by storm with their hit song 'Lucian Man', with strong influences of Dennery Soca that originates from the isle St Lucia.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These collaborations will be the first of many that will aim to elevate soca music in the UK. BPSOCA Music will be releasing these projects later this year.

BPSOCA Music is now working on 5 active projects, which involve 4 UK & International producers and 9 UK & International artists.

These projects will be a collection of Soca and Dancehall singles and riddims, to be released under the BPSOCA Music and BPCARIB Music labels.

Confirmed producers for these projects are Krishna "Dada" Lawrence, Hardware Muzyk, Badjohn Republic and Riverside Productionz.

Artists so far include Triniboi Joocie, Sundivas, Ms Desire, Simbaarley, Nat and Ish, Terrah Dan and Marl-E. More artists to be confirmed.

These projects will be released throughout the remainder of 2020 into January 2021.
