Hands down one of the most underrated go-to documents that every content creator needs!!

A media kit is a document (usually a one or two pager) that sums up you and your brand. It should showcase some of your work such as previous collaborations or partnerships, your up to date audience insights, your social stats and of course your contact information.

Make yours unforgettable with stand-out branding and design that aligns with your aesthetic and industry you specialise in!

Don’t be shy to update it every couple of months too with newer partnerships and more recent demographics. It’s a great way to open a conversation with potential clients!!

We're so excited to welcome the beautiful Louisa Grace () to our roster of Upside Down Dolls🥳

Louisa is in no uncertain terms, a force to be reckoned with. Not only has she built an extremely engaged following by showcasing a mix of stylish, simple and quintessentially British countryside wearables, but also candidly and honestly takes her followers with her on her beauty and skincare journey. Did we also mention she does this whilst tackling her new build home and interiors adventure (), all the while running her online lifestyle and homewares store (.living) with her sister! Phew😅

Having previously partnered with the likes of Karen Millen, Coast, Estrid and Needle & Thread, Louisa offers a classic mix of fashion, beauty, skincare and lifestyle content, with a sprinkling of her four legged friends, because, why not!?🐾

Fun fact; Louisa loves to spend her downtime indulging in one of her favourite hobbies, painting 🖼 She’s more than a little talented in this area and often sells her one of a kind acrylic pieces via her Etsy store 🎨

Think of them a little bit like a marketing funnel, start and the top and work your way down to the good bits!

You can have thousands and thousands of impressions, but you want those people who have stumbled across your posts to interact with them, visit your profile and follow you to find out more about you and your business.

Stop them from just scrolling on past and get them interacting with you!! 💃

This is not necessarily true. Certain products require niche communities and strong expertise in a particular field (e.g. vegan food), so a smaller influencer with a more niche following would be best.

Brands should focus on relevant matches that deliver creative and consistent content. This will better enable them to influence their audiences, rather than just opting for the influencer with the highest follower count!

Did you know that Instagram has shared what the reels algorithm prioritises and what it doesn't? 🤔 Here's a quick breakdown of the reels that don't do so well and won't land you on the explore pages:

❌ Watermarks:
Any reel that has a watermark on it (think TikTok logo) will not be shown on the explore pages.

❌ Low Resolution Reels:
Reels recorded with a low quality camera or poor resolution won't get you noticed.

❌ Borders:
Instagram doesn't like borders around your reels. Try and use the full vertical screen.

❌ Cut Off Text:
Try to keep the text in the centre if you can and keep it to a minimum.

❌ Bad Lighting:
This makes your reel hard to watch and Instagram won't reward you for it.

It's extremely difficult for brands to build the same level of trust that influencers possess with their audience, but thanks to influencer marketing this has become much easier! 👏

Many brands have learnt that by using influencers to speak on their behalf, they're able to reach a wider age range, particularly the younger generation who seem to be trusting celebrity endorsements less and looking more towards their favourite influencers for inspiration.

This is an important statistic for brands to take note of, proving that influencer marketing isn't going anywhere, it's just going to get bigger and better! 🚀
