Transform your health through self-love and acceptance.
Every illness or disorder highlights that you are out of balance with who you are.
You must love yourself unconditionally to improve your health or prevent your body from becoming ill.
That means living from your heart, not your head.
To love unconditionally, permit yourself to live as you choose. let others live their lives as they choose.
When you love yourself, you accept yourself in every moment - your fears, weaknesses, desires, beliefs, and aspirations are all facets of who you are.
Accept every moment as an experience from which you will learn. In doing so, you face the consequences of your actions and decisions. We cannot avoid them.
Therefore, maintaining the balance of your mental, emotional and physical well-being requires you to enquire and respond to any warning signs of your body communicating that you are out of balance through illness or disease.
And if you wonder why your illness does not improve or resolve itself even after treatment? That's because you must release the emotional and mental blocks preventing you from living from your heart.
What you say about yourself, your illness or disease, and how you feel all influence how you love yourself; therefore, to improve loving yourself, question your life story.
What you believe is true... is it?
Do you have to have your illness?
Do you need to do better - by who's standards?
Are you unloved, or is that a fallacy?
And so it continues until you choose to take action to change your inner world, as your health is simply a reflection of what is going on in your internal world.
