Alternative fuel users be aware that the £200 Alternative Fuel Payment ends on the 31st of May.

If your house is off the gas grid and uses alternative fuels as your main form of heating, you may be eligible for a £200 Alternative Fuels Payment. Apply now on Gov.UK if you have not received it automatically from your electricity supplier.

If you use alternative fuels such as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), heating oil or solid fuel sources like wood or coal financial support is available.

Ofgem has announced that The Energy Price Cap will change from 1 July 2023. This means that the average energy bill for a typical household will fall by around £430.

IMPORTANT: The Energy Price Cap sets the maximum standing charge and the cost of a single unit of gas and electricity. This is not your final bill. The more energy you use, the more you'll pay.
