Busy week so far. 4 new audiobooks agreed on, vocals recorded for one original song (not mine), lots of commercial auditions (one with some great feedback) and a possible kids audiobook being discussed. Lockdown can suck it! 😂

Haven’t posted anything for a while due to a combination of being busy recording a run of audiobooks and dealing with the crazy, uncertain times we find ourselves living in right now.

To everyone who’s interested, I’m still available for all VO projects. I’m fully set up at home and can keep to my usual turnaround on jobs. I can provide a sample of your script read for free to help you decide if I’m the right voice for you.

Excited to start the build of my new booth this weekend! I’m lucky that my recording space is quiet most of the time but on occasion, a take is hindered with the faint background noise of kids, weather and the occasional cat trying to get in to the room!

Very soon it’ll be goodbye background noise! As Simon & Garfunkel once sang ‘and no one dare, disturb the sound, of silence’ 😁🤫
