The fuel efficiency of Brittany Ferries’ 20 year-old flagship, Pont-Aven, is expected to improve by around 10% as a result of the incorporation of a duck tail projection at the stern.

The work was carried out at Remontowa Shiprepair in Poland as part of the cruise ferry’s annual overhaul programme.
