Curt Ryle has graciously agreed to be a guest at the first songwriting critique meeting on Saturday, Oct 9th! If you’ve been wanting Curt to look at your lines, now is the perfect time.

Curt will not have time to critique every song, so send in your best lyric. He said he may even grab his guitar and sing and compose the music for a couple of lucky songwriters right on the spot! The better your song is, the better chance he will choose yours. Curt may or may not ever do this again. It’s a rare and valuable opportunity.
The first part of the meeting is with Curt Ryle. The second part is a peer-critique, where we discuss each other’s songs and provide comments with no expectation of a cowrite. We will explain everything during the meeting. You do not have to submit a song to join the audience and ask questions about how things work.

Then, simply click the [Continue on this browser] button to connect to the songwriters critique group as a guest. All guests may watch and interact with the group. A camera and microphone helps, but is not required. Microsoft Teams is similar to Zoom, and works on almost any device: android, iOS, Windows, smartphone, etc.
How it works: To submit your song, send 1 lyric sheet to me at [email protected]. (save-as .rtf file) Send it by noon on Friday, Oct 8th. Make sure you put your name on it. 😉 Friday evening, I will distribute lyrics among those who have submitted a song, and of course, to Curt Ryle.
You will always be able to connect to the meetings each month using the link below. It’s permanent, so you can save it as a favorite if you wish. Hope to see you there!
