I'm so grateful that I still get to be part of the fun things Forth 1 do. Last week I helped film them move up ti the new St James Quarter and let me tell you, film a crowd of people and a cow, through busy traffic as they are sprinting up an Edinburgh hill and escalators, is not an easy task!
