Well, THAT was a long and short month, all at the same time! But our April edition is now out, and 25,000 copies are now making their way across the area to our 150 stockists. In this edition we have a lovely feature on village halls - we were surprised how many there are in this area and just how much they offer. Wimmin! For International Women's Day we are celebrating ladies, birds, bints, senoras, fraus, colleens, lassies, dames, damsels and broads. Bird Media, our company producing the WDM, was named in honour of its founders - two birds called Karen and Miranda. We don't know of any other all-female newspaper publishers, so go, us!
