National competition returns to England this year as Surfing England announce categories for this years English Nationals. The event is due to be held over the 12th to 14th May and will be the first time in over a decade competitors have had the chance to compete for the crown of English Champion.

It is almost a month since South African bodyboarder Tristan Roberts was crowned IBC World Tour Champion and making it two consecutive wins.

This weekend he released a short documentary called ‘JANNIE’, a story about passion, dedication and commitment which led a young teenager from South Africa (Tristan Roberts, aka Jannie) to his second bodyboarding World Title at just 25 years of age.

It is almost a month since South African bodyboarder Tristan Roberts was crowned IBC World Tour Champion and making it two consecutive wins. After 7 months of competition, he was crowned tour winner at the El Fronton competition held in Gran Canaria which was won by Jeff Hubbard from Hawaii.
