English musician, singer and songwriter who had the 1983 UK No.1 single 'Wherever I Lay My Hat' and the 1985 US No.1 single 'Everytime You Go Away'. He was also a member of The Streetband, (1978 UK No.18 single 'Toast', and lead singer with soul covers band Q-Tips in 1979 and early 80s.

Happy Birthday

BOBBY BLOOM

American singer-songwriter who had the 1970 US No.8 & UK No.3 single 'Montego Bay'. He also co-wrote 'Mony Mony' for Tommy James and the Shondells and, with Jeff Barry, 'Sunshine' for The Archies. Bloom suffered from depression towards the end of his life. Bloom died on 28 February 1974, at the age of 28 after he apparently shot himself while cleaning his gun.

In reference to his divorces, Stewart was once quoted as saying, "Instead of getting married again, I'm going to find a woman I don't like and just give her a house."

Formed The Honeydrippers, (with Robert Plant, Jeff Beck & Nile Rodgers) who had the 1984 US No.3 single Sea Of Love. As a session guitarist in the 60s Page played on Here Comes The Night by Them, Shout by Lulu and The Who's 'Can't Explain'.

Notably, she is known for her floor-length hair. As a child, Gayle's mother kept her hair short. She was inspired to grow her hair to her knees after seeing a woman with similar hair in Nashville.

English record producer, arranger, composer, conductor, audio engineer and musician. He worked as EMI records in-house record producer and became the so-called fifth Beatle. Martin produced all but one of The Beatles albums giving him 30 No.1 hit singles in the UK and 23 No.1 hits in the US. He also worked with comedy acts The Goons and Beyond The Fringe. Martin received a Knighthood in 1996. He died on March 8 2016 aged 90.
