A new date will be announced shortly, so please support these wonderful musicians - The Liverpool 9th March, Manchester, 11th March & Birmingham, 12th March dates will stay as they are. کمیته بین‌المللی صلیب سرخ نگرانی عمیق خود را نسبت به تصمیم تازه طالبان در مورد ممنوعیت تحصیل و کار زنان ابراز کرده است.

صلیب سرخ در اعلامیه‌ای گفته است که صدها کارمند زن در افغانستان دارد و مشارکت نکردن آنها در برنامه‌ها، همه اقدامات بشردوستانه این کمیته را به خطر می‌اندازد.

سلیب سرخ در این اعلامیه ‌گفته که محرومیت زنان و دختران از سیستم آموزش در تمام سطوح و به طور بالقوه از نقش‌های اساسی بشردوستانه آنها می‌تواند در کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت منجر به پیامدهای انسانی فاجعه‌بار شود.

طالبان هفته گذشته رفتن دختران به دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی را منع کردند و روز شنبه زنان را از کار با موسسات منع کردند.

کمیته بین‌المللی صلیب سرخ همچنین نسبت به آینده سیستم صحی افغانستان و بیماران زن آن ابراز نگرانی کرده است.

این کمیته از نوامبر ۲۰۲۱ به شمول شفاخانه‌ها و آموزشگاه طبی، از ده‌ها مرکز در افغانستان حمایت می‌کند که بیش از ۷ هزار بستر دارند و به ۲۶ میلیون نفر خدمات فراهم می‌کنند.

صلیب سرخ گفته که از این طریق به حدود ۱۰ هزار و پنج صد نفر معاش می‌دهد که ۳۳ درصد آنها زنان هستند.

این کمیته افزوده اگر شاگردان دختر در بنیادهای صحی آنها درسهای خود را تکمیل نکنند، برای آینده خدمات صحی افغانستان عواقب بدی خواهد داشت.

اما قلندر عباد، وزیر صحت طالبان گفته، که تصمیم تازه این گروه بر ممنوعیت کار زنان در بخش صحت عملی نمی‌شود.
