💚 Today is World Mental Health Day, and I just wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about what I do.

For those who don’t know, outside of running my own business and helping clients grow their brands on social media, I also work full-time as a team administrator in a mental health ward.

Seeing how mental health affects both personal and professional life up close, I’ve learned that no matter how strong you are, everyone needs support.

Business and mental health are often treated like two different things, but they’re really two sides of the same coin. If you’re not good on the inside, it’s tough to show up at your best anywhere else.

Balancing these two worlds means a lot to me because it’s all about looking out for people—whether I’m building strategies for a brand or listening to someone in need.

Let’s check in on each other more, ask real questions, and create a space where it’s okay not to have it all together.

It’s been a over a week since my return from St. Lucia getaway, and I’m already thinking about when I'm going back—minus not missing the sunflies!

The time away was exactly what I needed: good food, drinks, and the best company.

Seeing family I hadn’t connected with since before COVID was a vibe, and I’m so grateful to see them doing so well.

This trip reminded me how important it is to take time for myself, to reset and reconnect.

As I look ahead to 2025, I’m focusing on more travel, making
meaningful relationships, and pushing forward with my personal and business goals.

It’s all about growth, travelling, and finding balance.

Although Princess never took me on the beach tour, I can just imagine how magical that experience would be.

But I’m glad I gave it a go!
