Hey All
Hope your all doing well and enjoying this lovely weather???

as most of you know i'm going to be playing in The British Transplant Games​ the end of July in Leeds.

I'm going to be taking part in the Archery Event (if you have any tips let me know i'm a Newbie) I'm also doing the Shot putt and Ball throw... So if anyone has a shot putt lying around i could practice with that would be great

There are Two Charities Paying for the Welsh team to travel and for the digs for the family of the contestants as well, I would like to say a little thank you to them, i have raised ££££'s for the one charity over the years so this
time i'm going to HELP the other Paul Popham Fund​ as i have never raised money for them before but would like to show them that they mean alot as well!!!!

If you could spare a few pound an Sponsor me that would be GREAT, i'm also trying to get sponsor forms if anyone would like to have one and help me raise as much as i can for them!!!

Another day done at the gym, feeling good about it, start weight of my lifestyle change 121.9kg. Weight today 108.3kg within that time I also went away and off plan. So we have 5 weeks 4 days to get as fit as we can for The British Transplant Games end of July in Leeds.

Let’s see if we can hit 100kg

I will be represent in Wales, thank you for the opportunity again

Big thank you to Keto-Pro for helping me on my lifestyle change and being at the end of the phone if I need any advice.

Also a big should out to Paul Popham Fund and Kidney Wales I wouldn’t be able to to without theses who amazing charity’s.

Hey All
I got some good news....
I'm going to be representing Wales at this Years The British Transplant Games end of July in Leeds....
So i think i need to start doing some training for it, the sports i've chosen are the Football, Archery, Ball Throw and the Shot Put.
if anyone has any tips for training and using the next few weeks to get into better shape physically and mentally please reach out... i know my Nutrition is going to be on point with Keto-Pro aka Richard Anthony Smith and Samantha Connell in my corner...

Thank you Keto-Pro aka Rich and Samantha for helping me on my life style change I’m Loving it.
It was nice seeing you again Rich at the shop on Thursday my wife can’t get enough of the FAT BURNING COFFEE she normally eats / grase all day but after having one coffee a day she doesn’t snack anymore. I think we might of got another ketoneain in the making. The Keto Pro Chocolate BHB is amazing in the coffee and the electrolytes are out of this world.

Also thanks for raking me to the Butchers them beef sausages are something different and a lot cheaper than what I was paying and 10x nicer and the Chuck steak is an amazing cut can’t believe the price on that as well

Hey all hope your all doing well, I’m looking for an active mod for my twitch channel.
I would like them to be trustworthy and spend a decent amount of time when they can helping me on stream, ie clipping, timeout/banning people.
I would also like to find someone who could help me edit some videos from the clips

If you think you could help drop me a message also I don’t expect you to be in every stream but just to help out when you can.

Once I get the right type of people on my team I think we can make big things happen and I will repay you all how ever I can. (I will order each active mod a MOD bundle from my store)
