Ginger Turmeric Shots
2TBsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Lemons
1 Orange
1 Apple
2 Tsp Turmeric
2 TBsp Chunk of Ginger
Pinch of Black Pepper
Cup of Water
Blend together & use a sieve to starin the liquid.
Bottle up & will stay in the fridge for 1 week.
I reccomend a 35ml to 50ml shot every morning on an empty stomach.

Greenchillies 300g
Cut in half & place in a large bowl.
Toast 1tsp of Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds & Fennel Seeds for 2 mins.
Blend then into a coarse powder & add to the chillies with 1tsp Kashmiri Chilli Pdr, 1 Tsp Turmeric Pdr, 1 Tsp Mango Pdr & 1 Tsp Salt
Add 1 TBsp Vinegar.
In a pan, add 8 Tbsp Mustard Oil with 1.5 Tsp of Mustard Seeds & a 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida.
When the oil starts to smoke, remove from heat & allow to cool.
Add to the chillies and give it all a nice mix.
Store in a sterilised air tight jar.
Enjoy.

Simple
Easy Recipe Tandoori Chicken
6 Chicken Legs (Skinned, trimmed & scored)
2 TBsp Plain Yoghurt
Juice of half a lemon or 1 Lime
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Turmeric Pdr
1.5 Tsp Tandoori Masala Pdr
1 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Pdr
1 Tsp Garam Masala Pdr
1 Tsp Cumin Pdr
1 Tsp Coriander Pdr
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes (Optional)
1/2 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt or to taste
1/2 Tap Red Colour Pdr (Optional)
In a large bowl, add the chicken & pour over the lime or lemon juice, add the salt.
Add the rest of the ingredients & mix well with your hands, making sure you also rub the marinade into the score lines. Once the legs are fully coated with the marinade, Cover & allow to marinate in fridge for 4 hours.
Take chicken out of the fridge & allow to sit at room temperature whilst you Pre-Heat your Oven to 220C.
Add chicken to a baking tray that has been slightly greased.
Separate the legs so that none are touching.
Place in the centre of the oven for 13 mins, take the tray out (shut the oven door Bastuud) and turn the pieces over.
Cook for a further 10 mins.
Turn again & using the Grill function on high, Grill for 3 mins to get a chargrill finish or finish on a BBQ.
Enjoy. 🙏🏽
