Here’s a look back at some of my client’s content highlights from 2024! ✨

One of my favourite things about my job is being creative and coming up with new ideas for my client’s that make them stand out. I’m lucky to work with a variety of incredible brands from a range of different industries and I absolutely love the variety - it’s one of the reasons I started my own business.

2024 was definately a rollercoaster of a year that came with some challenges that I have learnt so much from! It also brought so many amazing memories and exciting projects that I’m truly grateful for. 🥰

Supporting my client’s in bringing their vision and goals to life is such a rewarding feeling and I can’t wait to inspire more business owners this year - wishing you all the greatest success and I’m looking forward to catching up with you soon! 🤍

Recently, I have been working with the production company, Yume Films, in promoting their upcoming sci-fi short film - MemoryChase 🎬✨

With the short film set to be released in the upcoming months, Jason at Yume Films came to me looking for support with the social media marketing side of the project. They hadn't been very active on their social media for over a year, so I created a social media strategy that introduced the characters, teased the storyline and shared BTS on-set moments.

Giving a BTS human element to any brand is so important for allowing others to connect with you. Sharing exclusive BTS access included sharing the cast and crew personalities, and allowed people to see just how much work went on behind the film!

Fast forward 3 months of Social Media Management and their Instagram stats looked like this:

UGC is the word of mouth on social media 🗣️

When people are already organically talking about your service or product, you are WINNING! 🏆

I understand the majority of us don't have a Sabrina Carpenter handy for content creation 🤣, so here are some ideas to get you started! 👇

Sometimes people just need a bit of encouragement, but often people will be happy to share their experience online!

📸 Creating an aesthetic photo opportunity within your service or product can encourage this. For example, if opening a parcel from you creates a unique, impressive experience, people are likely to share and talk about it!

💬 Simply ask your clients and customers to share and tag you on social media. For example, if you're a hairstylist, you can simply ask if they take any pictures of their new hair to tag you as you would love to see it!

✨ Working with content creators on a collaboration will also get more eyes on you and your brand. However, choosing to work with people who are aligned with your brand is SO important - only work with people who are right for you!

How I turned a brand new TikTok page with 0 views into +133K 🎯

Starting a fresh social media page can be daunting, but I began this project with a really strong idea of who my target audience was and the types of content that I believed they would enjoy, share and engage with!

The key to TikTok is being relevant, entertaining and timely! 🔑 New TikTok trends are born everyday on TikTok and being the first to join the conversation will only score you more views and interaction!

While over the last 2 months I didn't jump on any TikTok trends, I did stay relevant by creating content about timely, industry updates and news ... and I would say the results speak for themselves 📈

Creating content that is SHAREABLE, and encourages CONVERSATION is the most important combination for creating any form of content!

1 year ago, last August, I quit my job and officially launched Aesthetica Social! ✨

This time last year was such a scary time for me; I had been working part-time as a Marketing Executive but decided to take a chance on myself and start my own Social Media Marketing business… and so, Aesthetica Social was created. ✨

I left my job with zero clients and ambition to make it work - and here we are, one year later and I'm still here and doing it! 🥰

This has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding years of my life. I’ve learned SO much and am incredibly grateful to my amazing clients who have trusted and supported me on this journey. 🫶🏼

Over the last few months I have had the pleasure of working with the global DIY music festival - Make Music Day UK! 🎶

With their music festival date fast approaching, they came to me because they hadn't been very active on their social media pages for a little while and were looking to re-engage their community, and bring their pages back to life! 🙌

I developed a strategy to form a community that welcomed musicians with a love for a wide range of instruments and genres. The aim of the content strategy was to inspire and encourage anyone, with any music ability, to get involved and celebrate their love for music together! 🎶

Fast forward 2 months into working together, and their analytics now look like this:

The importance of reading and understanding your Instagram insights 👩🏼‍💻🎯

I completely understand that monitoring data isn't always the most exciting task in the world for most people, however, keeping an eye on the stats will enable you to see better results in the long run! 👀

Not looking at your stats is simply like taking a shot in the dark - you'll never know what your audience enjoys if you don't take a moment to look!

So, here's a simple Instagram insights breakdown:

📈 The posts that perform well is always worth making a note of - looking at the topics discussed and replicating them can help to continue growth!

👍🏼 Monitoring the posts with the highest engagement is important: likes, comments, saves and shares. This shows you the real content that people love - understanding what people enjoy is a game-changer for your content!

🎯 Don't just focus on the positives, also look at the lowest-performing content. Notice any commonality for things that aren't gaining those results and develop new ways of creating these!

Exciting news from my client's hair salon! At the start of May, my client, Alex, launched a new hair colouring package, and the response in JUST 5 days of the release has been brilliant! 🥳🎉

Here's a quick rundown of the results Alex experienced:

→ 7 skin tests completed in preparation for the package
→ Plus, multiple existing clients are ready to upgrade their service!

Hosting giveaways on social media is damaging your business! 🙅🏼‍♀️🚨 Here's why ...

It's always nice to give back to your community and thank them for their support, however, did you know that hosting giveaways can leave your social media page with a detrimental impact!

📈 Typically, you will see a big increase in engagement when hosting a giveaway, an influx of followers etc. etc. However, you'll notice that once the giveaway is over, your engagement will drop back down again dramatically, and you may start losing followers! Whilst your loyal followers may participate, new people will follow and engage with you just to try and win the prize!
