Day 102 – The 10-day countdown for the end of my 16WOH Challenge has officially begun, and at the same time, the 30-day countdown for my first full marathon is ticking. And because I apparently can’t say no to running challenges… I also signed up for a half marathon on the 19th. Ouch, what was I thinking? 😬

Now it feels like time is speeding up. On one hand, I can feel how much stronger my whole body has become. On the other, I keep riding this wave of confidence and doubt: Am I prepared enough for the marathons? Will my shins behave? Will I know how to fuel right for endurance?

I have been working on my performance for months and I’ve seen real improvements. But then I’ll head out for a quick 5k and get a little out of breath, and the doubts sneak back in.

So at this point, it’s game on. All I can do is keep showing up, train smart, and give my best with the time I have left. I keep reminding myself of Henry Ford’s words: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right.”

That mindset is exactly what carried me this far and what made me say yes to every one of these challenges. And now, with just 10 days left of 16WOH, a half marathon on the 19th, and my first marathon in 30 days, it’s all about carrying that same belief forward 😅💪

Day 101 with 16WOH Challenge
Still going strong with batch cooking natural foods, it is so good for saving time and to have healthy meals ready. And I’m looking forward for harvesting our very first homegrown watermelon, I can’t wait!🍉💗

When my friend told me she was doing a challenge, I said ok I’ll come with you, and only then I realised it was an ultra challenge 😬 It’s too late to turn back, and to be honest I don’t need much persuasion for these types of adventures 😁
With only a few days to go, I’m already very excited about the 100km we will walk together through the beautiful Peak District nature, but now I’m just hoping that the rain will stop and that our summer comes back for the weekend 😂

How inspiring is this?! I absolutely love it! That’s the raw truth: you first win in the mind, and the rest will follow. Age is not an excuse!

Diane Friedman, 103-year-old runner🏃‍♀️

Diane started running at 70 years old!

Her friends made fun of her, telling her that she was too old to play sports!

But since Diane didn't pay attention to them, she continued training until she broke a few world records in the Senior Olympic Games in the 100-104-year-old age group!

100 meters - 36.71 seconds👏
200 meters - 1 minute and 29.78 seconds👏

She is great! Huge respect❤

Hi family and friends,

I'm excited to announce that after a year of hard work, my new business is almost ready to launch. Despite encountering many challenges and having to change direction multiple times, the end goal remained unchanged. Now, I'm thrilled to say that we're in the final stages.

While I still have a lot to learn and implement from my courses, this part of the business will soon be live and running. Perfection isn't expected just yet, but I'm open to feedback and eager to learn from customer experiences until it's just right.

This aspect of the business revolves around mindful movement. As many of you know, I've faced some serious health scares over the years. Through the ups and downs, I've managed to stay positive and lead a healthy, happy life, thanks to mindful movement. It's empowered me to live life on my terms, staying active and safeguarding my energy by filtering what enters my personal space.

The key change that enabled this transformation was a shift in mindset. Now, I want to share simple techniques with others who've faced their own battles. These techniques, inspired by the works of Earl Nightingale, Jim Rohn, Napoleon Hill, Rumi, and others, have been around for ages. They're easy to follow and can be practiced at your own pace.

If you're interested in learning more or curious about what I've been up to, click the link in my bio to join the mailing list for updates and notification of the big launch (big for me, at least!). I understand if you prefer not to see business-related posts on my socials.

Thank you all for your support and patience. I know I haven't been very sociable over the past few years while recovering, studying, and building my business, all while juggling family life. Your understanding means the world to me.

Andrea
