It's Canva! Such a brilliant tool that just keeps getting better. Plus it's only around £100 for the year.

Want a bit of advice for free?!?!
You might have seen some captions with row upon row of keywords squished in the bottom. Not hashtags. Just a list of words.
Don't do it. Instagram is wise to this kind of crap and it won't help your reach at all.
Research your hashtags and put out content of value instead.

Let's talk about text, baby.
You might have a lot to say but that's what the caption is for.
If you SQUEEZE too much text into a design for Instagram, no one will be able to read it.
If you have more to say, write a blog post or make a carousel or even film yourself speaking.
Side note - Think about colour too. Darker colours with a light background or vice versa. Make it STAND OUT!

Reviews on pages or Google are great but make sure you reuse them and share them on your socials.
Reviews, testimonials and feedback are all brilliant marketing tools.

⭐ Ask the client to record it in a video
⭐ Add reviews to your Instagram stories and create a highlight
⭐ Write a blog post or longer post about what you achieved with the client and their response.

This is a plea to you to please stop making/testing/announcing or even thinking about any more changes to Instagram.
My brain can't cope.
It's great as it is.
Maybe use all this time, effort and money to make the platform more secure instead? Stop small business accounts from being hacked. Or even stop the 11 billion spam messages I get every day?
It's just a thought. From a frustrated and tired Social Media Manager.
