SKT Talent Ltd Need a voice for your project?...We've got the talent! SKT Talent was founded in 2022, by myself, Seema Richards.

After initially training as an actor, I started my agent journey in 2014, as an intern at Alphabet Kidz (a BAFTA Award winning talent agency in London). I then worked my way through the ranks and became an agent in 2017, at RMK Management (one of the top voiceover agencies in Sydney). I then went on to manage the commercial and voiceover department at Lisa Mann Creative Management (a talent agency

in Sydney), manage the adult department at Bonnie & Betty (a talent agency in London), and then finally went back to being a voiceover agent at Soho Voices (a voiceover agency in London). With several years experience working as a voiceover agent, in both Sydney and London, I wanted to create a boutique agency where I could look after and manage the voice artists' careers with a more personal approach.

I cannot believe it has been 2 years since I registered SKT Talent Ltd - Happy 2 year anniversary to us 🎉
There are so many people I'd love to thank for helping make this dream of mine a reality...I should probably start off by thanking Luke Downs for introducing me to the wonderful world of VO, when he took me on as a voiceover agent!
I'd also like to thank:
Ant (my husband), for being a constant support, in every way possible, and for teaching me to celebrate the "small wins".
Echo (my fur baby), for giving me unlimited cuddles - those cuddles helped me more than he'll ever know.
My wonderful family, for their ongoing support since the very beginning, when they helped me decide on the company name/logo.
Natasha Redhead, for being my biggest cheerleader, introducing me to the very first VO artist I signed, and the multiple VO artist and client introductions since.
Glen Donoghue and Julia Rockwell for teaming up with us and managing all of our studio recordings at RDY Creative.
Andy V. and John Green for always being on hand for any remote recordings.
And last but not least, all of the talented VO artists on the books, and all of the fabulous clients that have worked with us - without you, this definitely wouldn't have been possible!
