This Advent, as we wait with expectation for the coming of Christ, we are reminded that God continues to work through His people to bring light, truth and encouragement to our nation. We are pleased to highlight one of our CBC UK Directory listings this week: Tony Miles, broadcaster, minister and long-standing advocate for Christian media.

Tony serves as Superintendent Minister at Methodist Central Hall Westminster and shares the Gospel widely through Premier Christian Radio and BBC Radio 2’s Pause for Thought. His ministry reflects the heart of Advent — pointing us towards hope, peace and the faithful love of God.

As we approach the Advent season, we are reminded once again of the hope that came to us in Jesus Christ. In a world often filled with noise and uncertainty, the message of Christmas still speaks clearly: God is with us.

At CBC UK, we are pleased to support Christian media voices who share this good news with creativity, compassion and faithfulness. Whether through broadcasting, digital ministry or local church outreach, each message of hope contributes to the wider work of the Great Commission.

As we journey towards Christmas, may we reflect the light of Christ in all we do. In the words of Scripture, "The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who lived in a land of deep darkness - on them light has shined ." (Isiah 9:2)

We pray this season brings peace, inspiration and renewed purpose to all Christian media practitioners across the UK.
