Upon this very night ten years ago I made what I regard as my professional stage debut as 'Emcee' in the 'Black & White Champagne Cabaret' on the very same stage where made his professional debut. I was even heckled by the wonderful Ian Mcneice!

It was a wonderful experience for me, a month or so ahead of my first stint as in stage show. What an amazing way to kick off a career! I remain very grateful to the organisers for taking a punt on me and for putting up with my frankly dreadful singing!

July 2024 marks a fairly major milestone for me. 30 years ago (July 1994! Yikes!) I took to the airwaves for the very first time! My debut saw me presenting a weekly show about on station CCFM. I became more involved across numerous shows by taking on a variety of guises, such as DIY expert Ron Prendergast, renowned raconteur Harvey Bulstrode-Brown, and a detective who sounded very much like a certain Lieutenant Columbo. Great fun and extremely valuable experience, and all these decades later I remain very grateful for the opportunity
