Annddd we’re growing baby 😈

Scale weight has increased this week 👏🏻 after upping food a couple of weeks ago .

Making sure to keep routine the same as I had done when pulling back food has been a major factor in ensuring I hit all non-negotiable in this phase .

Food is sitting at
🖤 2300 Training Day
🖤 2050 Rest Day

With 20 mins cardio on rest days and upper body training days .

There is much more room to push food SLOWLY in the coming months 🥳 to make sure we build some solid muscle tissue & not just pack on excess fat as I have done in the past with pushing food without any real intensity in training or routine .

With training in such an incredible place & feeling fabby I can’t wait to see what these next months hold

Something has become

From self sabotage & self doubt .
Struggling with not only her relationship with food but herself .

Craving direction.

Craving the reassurance of knowing what she was doing would allow to reach her goals .

Fast forward 10 months 👉🏻 to becoming her biggest supporter & motivation 💕🌩

Her resilience, positive mental attitude and willingness to step out of her comfort zone has allowed Vicky to meet the happiest version of herself .

2021 was a year of building herself up and laying the foundations .

This ones for ✨you✨

There is an overwhelming pressure to have our lives, goals, aspirations & direction figured out by January 1st.

It’s especially overwhelming when you see others “smashing” it .
Good for them .
Seriously .

But we’re here to talk about you🌈

Maybe life hasn’t panned out in the New Year as you expected .

Maybe spanner’s have been thrown in left right & centre 😱

You don’t have your mojo.

It happens ✌🏼

So what now ? 💭

Change your attitude & thinking.

You have time .

You haven’t missed the “deadline”.

You can make changes at anytime

When you choose.

If you want to feed a problem, keep thinking about all the negatives & the problem .

Instead accept what cannot be changed .
Focus on what can be improved.

Think of where you want to be .

Reflect on where you are now .

Decide to move forward.

Actions kills anxiety .
So take it .
Take back control .
Starve your distractions.

Move forward with your vision.

NOT with what the next person is doing to make them happy .

This was me 3 years ago. I’ve been there.
Thinking of all excuses as to why I shouldn’t make a change

Or saying I’ll start later…

Because I was scared of going wrong and being back at square one 😕

Or not getting the result or life I so badly wanted

But once I took THAT step

With the right guidance
Walking the walk vs just telling myself I was going to change…

Bettering myself became addictive 👀😈

I was brand new to training, I walked into pure gym having absolutely no idea what to do to reach my goals - I had never weight trained before .

I just turned up. I was vulnerable. I was so scared . I called myself out on my excuses and just went for it 🤲🏻

I made that decision to take action 👏🏻

Because that was the only thing that was going to move me closer to where I wanted to be

I could have told myself any of the following

“It’s not the right time”
“It’s too much work”
“I’ll wait until XYZ “

But all that would have done is delay my own happiness, and keep me spiralling

I’ve learnt a hell of a lot along the way. I will never stop learning, surround myself with likeminded others whilst welcoming guidance and support 💕✨

This is your cue to bite the bullet

To stop feeding yourself BS as to why you can’t achieve something

Just dive in
Get out of your way

Future you will thank you 🖤💭✨

You are genuinely capable of more than you’ve ever imagined 🔮

Watching these women achieve something they once questioned and doubted was an experience I’ll hold close to my heart .

These ladies worked so SO hard for this

Watching their confidence grow throughout the shoot was truly amazing 🥰

This shoot was about pushing themselves WAY out of their comfort zone (whilst overcoming many barriers along the way) 🙏🏻

They proved to THEMSELVES just what they could achieve when they stepped out of their own way and just WENT for it.

When they let go of any doubts & pushed themselves to that next level - that’s where the magic happened 🤝🤩

Our team shoot was an incredible day & a chance for everyone to come together to celebrate themselves and all THEY have achieved 💕🌟

POST Christmas top tips 🎄🍾

💝 DONT PUNISH YOURSELF WITH EXCESSIVE CARDIO

Doing this is setting the example that food isn’t to be enjoyed. You should punish yourself for having foods that are off plan and run yourself into the ground - no .

💝 GET OUTSIDE

Many of us may still be feeling the hangover and food comas 🤪. Get outside for some fresh air and a enjoy a walk (even if it’s ten minutes) to get the endorphins flowing (and have you feeling slightly human again)

💝 DO SOMETHING YOU ENJOY

Although the festivities have (hopefully) been a time of shared immense fun - make sure to water your grass .
Check in with yourself and ask what you need to do to re charge your batteries

💝 REFLECT & APPRECIATE

We got to have a Christmas. Surrounded by people who we may not have seen last year . Reflect on the times you’ve had, think about all the memories made and appreciate them and those that were there .

💝 FOOD HAS NO MORALS

So take a breathe. Don’t feel guilty for enjoying different foods. Incorporating leftovers 🍗 into your meals can help you enjoy some more structure into your day of eating with foods you though we’re only “for Christmas”.

No food can make you feel this way so continue to work on changing your perception of this .
The world will not end.
Progress has not been reversed to square one.

Muscles 🤝 A dress

They DO and CAN go together ❤️

Muscles aren’t something to be proud of JUST when you’re at the gym.

For many of us gym clothes are our second skin, so seeing yourself in different clothes may take some time to get used too .
Give yourself some time , remember you look SEXY & make sure to CELEBRATE it .

You deserve to be proud of the body you work hard .
You’re allowed to feel confident in the clothes YOU want to wear, no matter your shape or size.
Remember also just how much our bodies do for us on the daily 🧘🏻‍♀️& how they’ve evolved to get us here .

You deserve to give the body you work so hard for the recognition it deserves OUT of the gym also.

You have as much right to feel confident in what you wear and feel good just as much as the next person ✌🏼

You won’t look “too manly”
&
You won’t “put people off” (if you do them they just can’t handle your sauce 😈👀)

It isn’t your body’s job to make others comfortable, make sure you’re happy and that’s all that matters.

So wear the damn dress (or whatever YOU want) x

Heading into my first ever growing phase after a very enjoyable two month pull back 💕

Was every day perfect - no.
I made mistakes and fu**ed up.

Instead of burying my head in sand I evaluated where I went wrong & set about how to improve.

Self evaluation is 🔑
Always be your biggest supporter BUT respect yourself enough to call self out on your own bu****it .
Own your actions .
Move forward with more conviction and clarity .

If you’d told me this time last year I’d have:
• recovered from my eating disorder
•be in my final year of my full time degree 🤓
•reduce my hours at my (now) part time job ⏳
•smashing my own goals 🔑
•(most importantly) pursuing my passion in being a coach to the most incredible clients & helping to change peoples lives 🙏🏻💕

I genuinely would not have been able to envision it.

I’m very proud to be me.
Grateful for where I’ve been, what I’ve done, where I am & where I am going ❤️

You will always find a way to prioritise what’s important to you. Keep going, hustle for life & prove yourself right .

The goal now is to make as much progress physically in preparation for a fair few photoshoots next year 📸👀
My mental wellbeing however will ALWAYS come before anything else 🧠 to remain in a good place and continue to level up.
My vision and passion for business will always be lit and even more so with my clear direction & self belief 🔥

Now, time to build the stallions.

The post injury, break up and resilience transformation for the incredible 🤍

The physical transformation here is only scratching the surface.

We have done a lot of work on challenging and overcoming limiting beliefs which has allowed Vicky to evolve in all walks of life 🌺
Adding more structure to her days has also shown Vicky she has the capability to control what she gives her energy too and can fit all of her priorities & time with loved ones into her life.

No matter what is thrown at Vicky we treat it as a hurdle that will always be overcome 🤟🏻

Vicky has absolutely smashed this. With her first ever photoshoot in T-5 days I can’t wait to support her on set and see her shine 🌼💕📸

My first ever check in on the grid 🤪

I’ve never enjoyed a pull back in food so much, something I was quite nervous to do after struggling with my relationship with food in the past .

Through a solid routine, a much better mindset and constantly working on me , my relationship with food in a sweet spot and training flying 💘🚀

We’ve seen a 2kg weight drop from last week after pulling cardio and tapering down steps to help with inflammation 🙌🏻

The social events are starting today and I’m very excited about it 🎉
…. I’m practicing what I preach - all is organised and a plan is in place to make sure I continue to hit non-negotiables whilst enjoying time with others ✨

I’ve got two more weeks left in a pull back before we reverse out and go into offseasonnn 🐎🙇🏻‍♀️

Physical progression so far with the incredible Emily 🤲🏻💘

To now 👀 :

💘 Nearly a stone down, getting STRONG in training and back to netball
💘 Enjoying a routine that fits in social occasions, work, study, non-negotiables and down time

Dani’s incredible progress over the past few months.. from underfuelling 👉🏼 training hard, getting stronger & eating enough to make progress 🎉

So many girls have the goal of building muscle and improving shape.. however come from a very cardio heavy background and are restricting food.

If your goal is to build your glutes/legs (or any muscle group..) you need to be consistently training hard, progressing & fuelling yourself well!

WHAT DID WE DO??
🏋🏽‍♀️Got a structure training plan in place, planned out session to session and progressed this over time. Lifting HEAVY, getting stronger & following a plan.. NOT randomly training.

🚶🏽‍♀️Reduced cardio, putting the emphasis on strength and recovering well.

💪🏼Stuck to a consistent training plan.. following an upper/lower split and then progressing to a pull/push/leg split with a focus on glutes legs.

⬆️Built food intake UP. Coming from a relatively low calorie intake.. to prioritising nutrition, we set calorie and macro goals and also looked at increase meal frequency and what to include at each meal.

If you’re constantly under eating and hammering cardio.. your shape isn’t going to change.
Dieting has it’s time and place but never under estimate the progress you can with enough food and some hard training!

We are still in the process of building here 👏🏼 a few more months in this phase and thing are going to get exciting…
