Annddd we’re growing baby 😈
Scale weight has increased this week 👏🏻 after upping food a couple of weeks ago .
Making sure to keep routine the same as I had done when pulling back food has been a major factor in ensuring I hit all non-negotiable in this phase .
Food is sitting at
🖤 2300 Training Day
🖤 2050 Rest Day
With 20 mins cardio on rest days and upper body training days .
There is much more room to push food SLOWLY in the coming months 🥳 to make sure we build some solid muscle tissue & not just pack on excess fat as I have done in the past with pushing food without any real intensity in training or routine .
With training in such an incredible place & feeling fabby I can’t wait to see what these next months hold
