One of the best things to come from changing your mindset & habits is slowing down & finding gratitude in the everyday things that bring you joy 💛
Today's slow Saturday morning for me looks like the smell and feel of the gorgeous glow prep oil from @_thelilym on my skin, allowing my mind to be still but waking my body up with meditation & stretches, that first sip of coffee in the morning, fresh flowers in the kitchen, the calming aroma of candles & cosying up in the snug watching my favourite lifestyle vlogs 🙏
Turn off autopilot & immerse yourself in the beautiful simple moments.

Never underestimate the power of self reflection 🤍✨
This exercise allows your fight-or-flight response to calm down so that you can begin to think more rationally 💕✨
Remember, you CAN learn how to take back your control instead of letting anxious thoughts control you.
Your daily thought processes (both conscious and subconscious), self talk and habits all add up to your overall state of being - to your mindset and to your state of feeling.

Get out of the habit setting overwhelm by doing this ✨
By the end of the month you'll have successfully implemented 4 new habits that only take up 20 minutes of your day.
Whether that's 5 minutes of reading, 5 minutes of movement, 5 minutes of meditation. Whatever you choose, start small 🤍
Moving forward this can be reassessed to see if you want to increase any times or slightly adjust your habits 💕
Focus on your happiness & remember why you want to include these new Habits in your life & what they bring to you xx

If you feel like your anxiety symptoms have showed up out of nowhere, it's crucial to do these 2 things:
1. Identify what is going on in your life right now that you know triggers you (Some examples are more alcohol consumption than normal, less sleep, more stress at work, unspoken conversations etc)
2. Then take action on these things (Make a plan - go to bed earlier, have that conversation you've been putting off, scrap those couple of drinks in the week etc).
You can 100% help yourself to get out of the anxiety & into better feelings & thoughts 💕✨🤍

At the time I thought my job was to blame.
It had to be right? I only felt anxious when I was at work or when I was thinking about work.
I left work feeling physically ill which was the beginning of my depression.
I had melt downs because of work.
So it had to be right?
I'm able to say now that after I worked with a coach and was able to create a positive shift in my life, I felt the best I ever had whilst still working in that job months later.
It was my mindset, my limiting beliefs & my habits that should have been my focus.
I stayed stuck in my head instead of taking the action I needed too.
I still can't believe how LIFE CHANGING this work is - Even though I know it first hand and even though I witness it in my clients & help them overcome the internal struggle, it still blows my mind🙏

1. Realise it's a pattern of thinking that you CAN change
2. Get your thoughts out of your head & onto paper or notes in your phone
3. Notice if there is trend. Does it happen with only work related thoughts? Or just with friends and family? Or maybe it's more general. Get clear on this.
4. Take action against these thoughts to prove them wrong.
5. Be consistent & be remember there is always something at the end of your thoughts that you can work through ❤️
