Today our Radio Station was presented with a cheque for £250 from Rotary Club of Birkenhead. A huge thank you to all those involved in the grants process and we look forward to showing everyone how the money is spent when we open our new studio.

From next weekend Rek 41 will be giving out food parcels to anyone who is struggling..no catch, no membership, no details needed..
Throughout the week there are fantastic social supermarkets and food banks available to support people in our local area , but if you are struggling at the weekend, then call in to Rek41 anytime between 1pm and 9pm Saturday or Sunday 💪👍
We have parcels available for families, homeless people and single individuals, thanks to the wonderful partnership we have built with My Shop - Oxton Road

It is on a first come first served basis, but we will always do our best to help everyone 💪👍

BREAKING NEWS.....

Rek 41 is delighted to announce that a short one minute film about Rek41 has won film of the year at The Pro Filmmakers Magazine National Awards. The panel of voters recognised the importance of Rek41 in our community and were overwhelmed by how the film maker and poet involved captured the spirit of the project. A huge well done to all involved 💪💪👍👍
