Throwback to last Tuesday where I was on site at the hugely impressive Weston Homes Plc development, Springfield Park.

As always, I received a warm welcome from Sandy Easdown (I won't post the selfie) before we welcomed first time buyers James & Olivia back to the marketing suite and show apartment.

Busy back end of the week last week.

Associate Director, Ben James travelled up to Suffolk for a new site launch whilst Russell enjoyed a fantastic visit to "The Sunshine State" (Kent) 😉 to visit the Fernham Homes team for their quarterly Sales & Marketing meeting.

Face to face review meetings are always more fun and engaging. We reviewed the previous months campaign data with all elements of our digital marketing campaign showing month on month growth.

We also took the opportunity to demo some new additions to our product portfolio, including some digital visualisation products - some great additions as sales aids to boost off-plan reservations.
