⚠️ The dangers of overpromising and under-delivering - for all businesses out there! ⚠️

This is a trap that we all fall into every so often so make sure you know when you have before it’s too late! The obvious way to avoid it is to do some thorough research on the business before you put forward a proposition as to how you could work together; find out how they tick, what you think they need to do and how you can help. Overpromising to a new client is definitely NOT the way to win their business and it will cause you a huge headache and a lot of embarrassment further down the line if those KPI’s haven’t been met.

Don’t put yourself through the stress of trying to deliver impossible results - your work should be fun!
