Then on Saturday I was lucky enough to play an afternoon/early evening retirement celebration for an incredible person who has dedicated over 30 years to the emergency services. Emma, thank you for having me along, it was a pleasure to supply the entertainment….alongside a string quartet, another Flashback First!

What a wonderful weekend it’s been for Flashback Retro Disco!
On Friday I had the privilege of playing Michala and Paul’s wedding Reception. They had venue after venue let them down in the build up, but I think it was meant to be as was the perfect setting for a perfect couple. The dance floor didn’t stop and this group loved a party! 🥳 💒 ❤️

50th Birthday celebrations are always great fun, and this one was no exception! Graham and Alan celebrated a lifelong friendship with their family and friends

there was a mega buffet, some brilliant fancy dress, a raffle and LOTS of Dancing!

It was a pleasure to be involved, what a night!!

Flashback Retro Disco was on the road last night to play at Dave And Lou’s Engagement Party!

It’s always fun to do something a bit different, and the request was to have a set list that heavily featured 90’s Britpop! I’d forgotten how many great Britpop bands/tracks there were….there was only one way to finish though….

Thanks for having me along, and thanks to the team for looking after me - a great party venue for hire! Definitely give them a look if you have an event coming up!

If you do have a party coming up, and the only way is 80’s and/or 90’s Retro….then Flashback is the Disco for you!

New Years Eve 2023…..what a way to sign off for the year! Annie and her dream team .layer.fox turned the pub into an 80’s dream and it was a party to remember…..in another Flashback first, I had to try and steady the rig when the dance floor literally shook! 😂

2023 in 10 photographs….. The best year for Flashback Retro Disco yet! Thank you so much to everyone I’ve met this year….from people who booked me to the people who came along to party! It’s been a pleasure and a privilege to be a part of so many important events and to to meet so many genuinely lovely people. I endeavour to bring you the best Retro Party I can, and I’m excited to introduce some upgrades to the Discotheque early next year! Keep an eye out on the socials for more on this! 🤩

Well……I can confirm that the massive party like they train! HARD!

They packed out and turned the whole place into a dance floor that didn’t stop! We had music from Chas and Dave to Faithless and everything in between. It was a Christmas party and a half, thanks so much for having me along to bring the noise!

Yesterday evening the Flashback experience visited the wonderful Nedging Hall….An actual Manor House!
16 wonderful ladies had assembled for a weekend of luxury to celebrate Carol’s 50th, and I had the privilege of providing the Saturday evening entertainment!
You girls were so much fun, my face ached for the laughing! We had everything! Musical chairs, musical statues, party dances, 2 attempts at Candy and someone dancing on the actual ceiling! The grand hall (dance floor) didn’t stop!
Thanks so much for having me, I had SO MUCH FUN!!

It was another Flashback first recently….an 80th Birthday Party for Pamela!
It was such a pleasure to meet Emily and her family who laid on the finest Buffet I’ve ever seen! For me it was lovely to play some of the softer hits of the 80’s to entertain everyone as they tucked into their prawn vol-au-vents and birthday cake!
It’s a privilege to be involved in family occasions such as this, thanks for having me along!

The Flashback Experience recently visited the fabulous for Katie’s 40th Birthday extravaganza! The pub laid on an outdoor bar and a buffet fit for kings and queens, and the party just didn’t stop! 80’s for the starter, 90’s bangers for the main course! Brilliant venue, brilliant people all resulting in an unforgettable night that it was a pleasure to be part of!

Those that know me personally will know that I lost my Dad on the 24th September, and we laid him to rest in a lovely service earlier this week.
He loved nothing more than a good social, music and a good sing song. I grew up listing to the likes of the Hollies, The Everly Brothers and The Who. My Mum would always have Top Of The Pops on the TV every Thursday, and it was my childhood that ignited my love of music, and ultimately the desire to create Flashback Retro Disco.
Music is medicine to me, and I’ve met some lovely people on my recent travels, party pics to follow! But if you’re on the dance floor this weekend, please raise a glass to Paul ‘Prambo’ Lambert. He was a wonderful man. 💙
