Identify your audience. Your ideal avatar. Create content for a particular reader. For a specific customer. Have a clear idea of their priorities, challenges, and preferences. What food and drink they like. What career they are in? Are they students? Do they have children? Asking yourself these questions will narrow down your audience and focus your digital voice.
