This has been a long time coming but to go with the release of the new website we have a blog post covering what demo was created for SCGC 2022 and the amazing feedback we had from it!

Goodbye 02VR...

Hi all, it's been a while since the last update but today we're announcing a new company name.

The reason for the change, recent silence, and meaning will be explained in detail as part of an upcoming video describing the company's first product but suffice to say going forward there are many exciting things happening for the company and the wider VR space!

The company's mission remains exactly the same! Going forward you can expect updates and videos to be more frequent as we explore new avenues of entertainment and education, partnerships with others within the VR space and continue to bring the benefits of VR to other industries.

Over the next week all materials, website, YouTube and other social media channels will be changed to reflect the new name.

What a mad couple of months...
When we committed to attending SCGC 6 weeks ago VRTU was still mostly an idea. Today we finished showcasing our first demo product!
It's been quite the journey to get here so far, but VRTU looks forward to a bright future after a fantastic weekend and first Con at Swansea Comic and Gaming Convention.

To those that have just joined the group, those that have followed since the beginning and everyone in-between, thank you all for your support!

Hi all!

VRTU is a few steps closer to being able to create realistic, believable worlds. Following the integration of a 3D positional audio system which is something VERY much needed for VR, an improved water system and new dynamic weather system, VRTUs demo island is getting a little scary!

Hi and welcome!

VRTU is dedicated to following my progress as I try to bring the benefits of VR to new and emerging markets, primarily to those who have never experienced VR before. Alongside this you will follow my personal development as I transition from IT systems professional of 15 years, to full time VR developer

The VR industry has grown exponentially in the last few years, mainly thanks to gaming, and shows no signs of slowing down. However beyond just gaming VRTU is my attempt to take the unimaginable worlds VR users can experience and bring them to a wider audience outside of the gaming sphere...

Though there may be a few games developed along the way!
