Do you want to make a sale TODAY?
Here is a very powerful way to boost this week's earnings:
Send a friendly email or message to your past customers.
Product-based businesses: Ask how they're getting on with the products/services they’ve purchased from you, and introduce them to new products that might be of interest. People love feeling valued!
Service-based businesses: Thank them again for choosing you, ask if there is anything else you can help with and suggest other services that may be of interest. Offer a free quote.
If someone has already trusted you and your business enough to make a purchase, the next step is to focus on keeping them as a customer. It’s about turning that one-time buyer into a loyal, long-term customer. By staying in touch, offering value, and making them feel appreciated, you’ll increase their likelihood of returning, and that’s where real business growth happens 😎.
So send that quick, friendly email, let's see if you can give sales a little boost this week :D

Well, I've been so busy working on content for other businesses this week, I've neglected my own page and have nothing of value to offer you today.
So here's a video of my 6 happy chickens happily enjoying their lunch.
Make up your own story linking it to my business and how I've grown over the years if you like 👍
But quite honestly, it's the first video in my camera roll and the Summer Holidays are too busy to create new content every day 🤣
Also, my chickens are pretty cute, aren't they? 😎❤️
Our very own Chameleon School of Construction Ltd was live on BBC Breakfast News this morning!
I’ve known Centre Manager Teresa for a little while now, and I know how passionate she is about her learners and giving them the opportunities they deserve, along with being a part of our local business community here in Swadlincote.
Theresa and Chameleon team, you guys smashed it!! 💪💪
Will you all join me in saying a massive well done to all those involved - another great big win for Swadlincote!
Important Update for you!

Why did I invite 50 small business owners to a marketing workshop, only to sabotage their first impression of me?
The first half of the video is tough to watch, right? Trust me, it felt just as awkward to deliver!
This particular workshop was designed to give business owners confidence when exhibiting at events.
I could have simply told them to smile and greet customers, or I could create an experience they wouldn't forget.
I wanted them to FEEL what their customers feel when they're ignored or left to figure things out on their own (check a Facebook post, contact a secretary, find a page on a website etc).
It was a risky move, but the feedback was clear: that initial discomfort drove home the point that a simple greeting, confidence in your business, and readiness to talk about your brand are essential for building trust.
So, Facebook friends - did my awkward intro make you squirm as much as it did me? Was it a powerful way to deliver an important message, or too risky to sabotage my own first impression like that?
This is what we achieved together #Swadlincote!
Who thinks we should go again next year? 😉
