🜁 Not everything moves on a visible timeline.
Some processes need time
without outward change.
Without progress you can point to.
Without proof you can measure.
This is known as latency.
In living systems, latency is an active phase.
Information is reorganising.
Connections are rewiring.
Conditions are settling.
Seeds do this.
Nervous systems do this.
So do people.
Just because nothing is showing
doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
Some shifts only reveal themselves
after the structure underneath has changed.
Which is why pushing for movement too early
can interrupt what’s actually trying to form.
There is an intelligence that works beneath urgency.
Slow.
Precise.
Out of reach of pressure.
If you’re in a season where nothing seems to be moving, consider the possibility that something is integrating. Allowing deep change to become stable.
Stay with it 😉
