We’ve all been there had someone tell un truths about us. I’ve been there and reacted . Don’t react, yes you should stand up for yourself but unfortunately you make yourself look like a crazy person. I’m watching two people going through this currently. Both handling it differently. One has decided to try smooth things over and be under that person thumb again. The other listened to me is letting go and not reacting.
Unfortunately when your name is smeared by lies there’s not a lot you can do. So head in a different direction let go of your past and cut those people out of your life. Anyway else going through this or been through it please give these two people advice that helped you.
Last night at the Jam house in Birmingham great to see Hamilton Loomis perform and meet him before the gig. He was great last night and he’s the headliner for Saturday night at the Upton Blues Festival. Those going are in for a real treat. It’s great he’s back in the UK!

Throughout my life I never felt good enough because too many people told me that.
In my dance life -
I was too fat to be a dancer.
I was too old to be a dance teacher I didn’t listen I took the exam and passed.
I’m considered too old, not cool enough/ popular & didn’t go and compete to win modern jive competitions to even be considered to teach on dance weekends.
When I moved to Spain I didn’t even get the chance for a fresh start in life. I was scared moving to a country where I was without any friends apart from my better half and his parents. I was never given a chance to get to know many of people there cause of a couple who decided they didn’t want me there cause they wanted to take away my light to shine there own so they spread gossip and un truths spread by them and a couple of people from my past who wanted to keep me down.
My work as a personal trainer-
I am not the right image for a Personal Trainer cause I’m not the slender person you’d expect even though I’m fit.
I am still finding my place where I am accepted for being me. I have made a lot of bad choices in the past , which I’m learning from. I am Adhd & have dyslexia which have helped me understand lots.
But! I don’t let anyone keep me down. No I maybe not good enough in some peoples eyes but I accept myself.
If you are being bullied, finding it difficult cause you are accepted- then let it go. You can waste years of trying . Make yourself happy, do what you love.
You weren’t made to blend in with the crowd you were made to be your unique self.
Life is too short! Be happy and keep smiling!
