I Lost 25kg in 6months reversed my Insulin Resistance by doing these 3 simple Things.

So here are the three Things That I did:-
1) Increased my daily Fibre intake to 30g daily, and made sure to eat fibre first before any other meal on my plait
2) I increased my daily protein intake and made sure it was the second thing I ate on my plait

3) I ate complex carbohydrates last.
Importance of eating this way

1) Fibre helps to reduce the absorption of carbohydrates thereby helping to regulate blood sugar
2) Fibre is good for your gut health and has antioxidants that help to prevent against the development of type 2 diabetes and certain cancers
3) It helps you to go to the toilet easier
4) Protein helps to keep you feeling full for longer
5) Complex carbohydrates are rich in fibre, nutrients, vitamins and minerals and do cause a steady and slow rise in your blood sugar. They are the healthier types of carbohydrates and this are the types of carbohydrates recommended to eat daily.
