Low budget studio for hire with standard & custom set design Hi There! The second containing toilets and shower.

I'm Jaye Adams, an independent filmmaker based in Lincolnshire and started Mimic Indie Studios in May 2023 to provide other filmmakers, photographers and videographers with a low budget studio option outside of London. The space is a converted barn and can be used as is with props or with our range of standard built sets and the flexibility for custom built sets. There is also use of two separate

buildings included in the hire: One containing a lounge, kitchen and makeup area. Other benefits include: The use of various lighting, stands, reflectors, props, green screen set up etc... There are also extra add-on hire options available for other equipment, such as a Sony A7sii Camera and multiple on-suite rooms that can be booked for accommodation in the main house nearby on site. Main Prices: £300 per full day shoot and any set prepping/build days required charged at half the price at £150 per prep day. This is a separate storage room in-between the two barn sections or can be used to shoot when dressed how you like, if you need a small dingy space/room
