Burnley have completed a deal to sign Sheffield United's Sander Berge for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old has signed a four-year deal at Turf Moor and becomes Vincent Kompany’s eighth signing of the summer transfer window.
Berge told Burnley's website: "I have heard a lot of good things about the club and seeing the success from outside last season, there’s a great project building here.
"It’s a great environment full of young talented players from all around the world, so I just think it’s the perfect fit for me.
"The club has high ambitions, making several signings and it all just fits into what I’m looking for."

So James ward Prowse will move to West Ham. Prowse has been at Southampton from a school boy. He was born and raised in neighbouring rivals Portsmouth.

Southampton will now have to find a replacement for club captain and upmost professional at the Club. Who face another uncertain year, with new recruits being largely brought in for small amounts and sold at high profits.

This has been the business model of the owners and the board, in last 5 years.

This player will be hard to replace on and off the field we wish him well, this news being one Southampton fans thought they would not have to take.

David Ornstein has dampened the possibility of Harry Maguire joining West Ham, stating that the player does not have a favorable opinion of the club. Maguire is currently inclined to stay at Manchester United and compete for his position. Manchester United have agreed a £72m deal to sign Denmark international striker Rasmus Hojlund from Serie A side Atalanta.

The 20-year-old will move to Old Trafford for fee of £64m, plus a potential £8m in add-ons.

Hojlund joined Atalanta in August 2022 and scored 10 goals in 34 appearances last season.

His United contract will be for five years, with the option of an additional season.
