Following Saul’s sad passing, I thought it would be nice to have his life and work marked in someway, so I wrote an obituary for him, and the Guardian were kind enough to publish it. Here is it. RIP Saul.

Some very sad news has just reached us. The wonderful Saul Reichlin has passed away.

Saul was the only person we wanted to read our books and he was kind enough to agree to do so. Ours were the first children’s books he’d narrated and he was very pleased with the way they turned out.

Saul was always encouraging and supportive and was a unique vocal talent. We’re sorry we won’t be able to work with him again.
