So here is the handmade gift that had to be kept secret!! My sister and her husband have been married 19years today and although there is no traditional gift for this year, it has come to be known as ‘Bronze’. Out came the Brasso and glue gun and a personalised, handmade gift was created!!

So this is me! The face behind Hare and Bear Design. Thought I’d say hello properly now as I’ve been at this for about 4 months now… Not a huge fan of pictures of me, but this is me today after my day job, a bit tired but smiling! I am a wife, mum of two (plus a fur-baby 🐶) and am lucky enough to live in a village in the beautiful Somerset countryside. I love anything ‘crafty’, I have turned my hand to many different things - be it cake decorating, string art, decoupage, candle and soap making, felting, you name it!! I really want to give resin a go, so that may be next! I got into Digital Downloads and card design as a way to be creative and hopefully make something that people love and want to buy - but was a bit daunted by the whole postage malarkey (I know, silly right?!) This is all new to me and I am learning as I go, but hopefully I am making designs you like and will continue to grow my business - maybe one day I will diversify and brave the world of postage 🤣🤣. Anyway, that’s enough about me for now, I might show myself again in the future, who knows!! Feel free to say hello back, I would love to get to know you all xx
