Confession time. Yes this is one of my jobs and believe it or not I had actually measured twice from the top of the skirting board..Or so I thought. It turned out behind the unit in the left a picture frame had fell down the back and that was what I was measuring from 😅

The client was still happy and the blank plate is to be covered by a wardrobe.
