Starting August 28, Surrey Street in the city centre will close as part of a £21 million project to enhance public spaces, walking routes, and cycling lanes. The plan includes pedestrianising the stretch next to the Town Hall and improvements across Charles Street, Pinstone Street, and Arundel Gate.
