AADAL will now record a live session at the studio and you are invited to join us. A unique opportunity to witness these amazing musicians commit magic to tape.

We are sorry to say that Auka will no longer be performing however, we promise to bring them back at a future show.

SUPALUNG

SupaLung is a new indie-rock outfit composed of singer-songwriter Sam Brookes & multi-instrumentalist, producer Pete Josef.

The duo met some years back on the burgeoning Bristol music scene; being fans of each others work they ended up becoming great friends. Brookes was actually helping Josef build a studio at his home when they decided it was time to combine their love for songs & making records.

Brookes was ready and armed with a vibrant bunch of demos that Josef felt would make an adventurous and exciting debut album.

The name Supalung is inspired by and pays homage to Terry Reid aka superlungs.

One of the UK’s finest rock singers from the mid 60’s.

The group describe their upcoming music as joyous, melodic and experimental.

In their own words: “We wanted to draw from all of the great music across time that we love and put it into this album. The keystone was Joy - if it didn’t make you smile, send shivers of excitement or fill your eyes with joyous tears then we double-backed and started again.”

“Making this album was was a real joyous adventure but the real excitement now is releasing the music and playing live shows. Throughout making this record the excitement about playing these songs live continued to inspire us to create more music. We cannot wait to connect with people at gigs and festivals.”

The groups debut single, ‘Pleasure’, is released on the 21st April on KiAn Records, followed by a single launch tour in May.

St CATHERINES CHILD

St. Catherine’s Child is the pet project of transatlantic singer-songwriter Ilana Zsigmond. This year she has played sets at Americana Fest Nashville, Folk Alliance, Kansas City and UK Americana Music Week in London.

Rhiannon Scutt

Rhiannon is a Sheffield based singer-songwriter. Decidedly anti-genre in her approach, her music flows between folk, rock, jazz and electronica and touches on much more beside. She combines the angst of PJ Harvey with the introspective melancholia of Adrienne Lenker, all the while a monster talent on the guitar.

Just 2 weeks until we celebrate the release of Bobby's third full album and second release on Tompkins Square. Returning to the full band sound of his debut, the name “Endless Skyways” is borrowed from a line in Woody Guthrie’s This Land Is Your Land, one of the cornerstones of American music. That song’s mix of the terrestrial (“ribbons of highway”) and celestial consciousness encapsulates Lee’s brand of widescreen cosmic americana; a duality also evident in the album’s split between deep-fried rural rock and ambient country. Dusty boots, but third eye open.

Who is Prima Hera?

Prima Hera is the solo project of singer-songwriter Stef Williamson. Prima Hera layers soaring vocal melodies against reverb-drenched piano in a melancholy pop haze. She released her debut single ‘Sidecar’ on the 27th January, gaining strong acclaim and has further releases planned for Spring 2023. Williamson has been writing for a decade but returns with Prima Hera after a five year hiatus from releasing music having been inspired by becoming a mother. Now based in Sheffield, her previous work with band Twin Kidd in Nottingham gained recognition from BBC Introducing East Midlands, BBC 6 Music and Radio X.

Tickets are now LIVE for Tesla Live #7, hosted in collaboration with Boxie.

This exciting line-up features two amazing singer-songwriters each bringing their own enigmatic styles.

K A T I E M A C

Katie Mac is a singer-songwriter from Huyton who has spent the last 10 years turning her hobby into a career. Since 2016, she has toured the UK and Europe respectively and has garnered significant support from the BBC having had multiple tracks played on both BBC Radio 6 and BBC Radio Merseyside. Taking influence from Laura Marling, Joni Mitchell and Regina Spektor, she has also been compared to the likes of Patti Smith, PJ Harvey and Kate Bush.
