6am, nobody around, lights from the carpark provide just enough light to mark out the letters. I had been awake all night making music when I was hit with the overwhelming temptation to paint, although I'd been thinking about how to execute those fills for weeks before this spontaneous early morning mission.
Afterwards I could barely move due to muscular aches (courtesy of long cvd & a complex blood disorder) but it made the 7.5 mile walk & 3 hour artistic workout even more cathartically rewarding in the end, you know I banged that protein back too & made it count 💯

There's more to it than vandalism
