Get in touch @ [email protected] Originally from Uruguay, DJ Marcel is known for his soul-awakening music that is uplifting. Having caught the DJ bug at the tender age of twelve when his father let him use a turntable with no pitch control, he learned to mix the hard way and made tapes for his friends. He broke into the scene in the late 80’s as one of the youngest performing DJ’s from humble beginnings at Davinchis and went on to play in Cannes, Miami, Italy, Lisbon, Madrid and South America. Having played drums in different bands, he began blending percussive instruments over his sets and draws on influences across all music genres to create a unique atmosphere wherever he is. Nowadays he works exclusively via personal recommendation being consistently booked for private parties, corporate events and select weddings together with a team of experienced Club DJ’s.
