I’m excited to be working with Kevin McGeary to help promote his upcoming gig at MCR’s intimate Academy 3 venue this August.

Kevin, or The Kev, as he is known by his stage name, is a superb lyricist and multi-talented multi-lingual musician. His songs are witty, satirical and insightful. He writes politically engaging lyrics with one hand and side splitting songs with the other. His shows have choreographed comedic value that keeps his audiences laughing whilst never overshadowing his phenomenal guitar playing skills and song qualities.

You can catch The Kev at some of MCR and Salford’s best known open mics such as The Old Pint Pot and The Lions Den.

Catch The Kev in his first landmark gig at MCR’S renowned Academy 3. After a string of successful appearances in some of Manchester’s favourite live music venues including The Lions Den, The Kev will take the stage at one of MCR’s famous new music venues. With special support from Ayanam Udoma & Toria Wooff, this promises to be a break out gig celebrating MCR’s freshest talent.
