You might have noticed, I didn't promote my show today.

Sadly, JAXX Radio have had to close the station down, so as it turned out, last week's show was my last one. I didn't want to say anything until the official announcement was made, but I only knew after the last show went out.

I am very grateful that Jaxx took on my show after I had taken a long break from radio (over 10 years)! and bringing it back reignited the passion I had.

So don't worry! I am not stopping the show. I am now looking for a new home, so as soon as there's news on that I will let you all know. Probably at least to begin with, it may be a 'syndicated; show, meaning it might go out on a few different places. Wherever it goes, I will most likely be using Mixcloud to upload the shows to, so that if you miss it, they will be available to catch up!

So for now, the show is on a break, but I'll be back as soon as I can to showcase even more great female musicians!

Feeling tired but truly inspired after an amazing day and evening at LOUD WOMEN Fest 2023 yesterday!

Inspired by such wonderful women able to channel anger, passion and love into their music and fully own and express themselves in such a powerful way.

A great reminder why I do my show, as this music is so much more than just music. It's an experience.

I can't provide the same experience as seeing these bands live, but I can introduce you to the bands and women who light my flame of inspiration, and only hope maybe something I play inspires you too!
