Welcome to the new page for Ripon Radio - The new Radio Station planned for Ripon, Cattrick, Thirsk and the surrounding areas.
We are still in the planning stages and will post more details shortly.
If you would like to support this new not-for-profit venture to bring REAL local radio to YOUR area, then we welcome your messages via private message or email.

We'd especially like to hear from commercial businesses and organisations who feel they would be able to commit to financial donations (no matter how big or small) in order to raise funds for the new station.
Should we be successful in winning our bid to broadcast, our service will be via DAB (Digital Radio), online at riponradio.co.uk and on your smart phone and smart speaker.
The station will be funded day-to-day via commercials and sponsorship, paid for by local businesses, donations from both commercial and private donations and will broadcast 24 hours a day.

We can only do any of the above with YOUR support. Ripon Radio will be YOUR local station, broadcasting from Ripon to Ripon, Thirsk, Cattrick and the surrounding area, with truly LOCAL information.
