A little bit about me
I graduated from The Birmingham Conservatoire and freelanced as a professional violinist with symphony and chamber orchestras as well as doing sessions for rock and folk bands, both as an orchestral member, as well as a soloist. I also appeared on classical recordings, radio and television, both nationally and internationally, and worked with eminent classical musicians such as Simon Rattle, Nigel Kennedy, Peter Donohoe, Yehudi Menuhin, Sir Charles Groves and Esa Pekka Salonen, and Chris de Burgh, Martin Carthy and Dave Swarbrick from the pop and folk world. I live in a coastal village in Cornwall, the heart of ‘Poldark Country’ in the far west – rich in heritage, myths and legends! Your support is made securely by PayPal, and you may cancel at any time. We had a fabulous wedding yesterday at The weather was spectacular! The bride made her entry to a special arrangement of ‘Whatever’ by Oasis and we entertained the guests with our rock, pop and film music. Such a wonderful day! 🥰🎻

Just filmed a video featuring a new piece of music I’ve written for one of my Patrons, Zara. It’s called ‘Ink and Ice’ which reflects her work as a writer. There’s a pretty ‘snow theme’ motif I’ve written within the music which I’ve created by using her name in music notation.

I love the popular trends of Rustic and Bohemian Weddings.
It makes me feel very much at home with my background of composing music inspired by nature and the natural landscape.

A solo violin will provide your wedding or event with the perfect soundtrack that you can remember for a lifetime.

I play on an acoustic violin that requires no additional equipment. Being acoustic also fits in with the trend for Green and Eco themed weddings and events.

The sound will naturally blend into your wedding when required and will not overpower the natural conversation from your guests.

A solo violin is also very mobile and can move to any location as they need so little room!
