The winds have changed in Eio. The snows have fully melted and Eerika has been returned to Midgard. As the Eio council is still in place, the Folkvargr are for the first time ever without the rule of the Ulfhild family line, the Council of Eio have been summoned to the capital to discuss what is to happen now Eerika is back. The Goddess has put forward to the capital and council of Eio that the decision is there’s to make, as she is not an Ulfhild or a Folkvargr, the choice is that of the realms settled in Eio and of the Folkvargr themselves who they want to lead them.
She urges the higher realms and the Folkvargr to remember; we are fighting a war on multiple fronts. The Kykvendi need to be dealt with and sadly all chances of a peaceful resolution are gone, they are a dangerous people, but more importantly, they are the perfect distraction from the true war with Hel. Hel is still out there, and her forces grow stronger with every warrior lost to Valhalla.
“Do not let me distract you further, I am not your focus for war is coming. I will not abandon you; I will always be beside you, regardless of your choice of leadership”
The Kindred games have moved on to another part of the Folkvargr lands this year, it is probably for the best. The Kykvendi have been more and more active around Eio in the past few months since the snows have melted. Their aggression grows and so does their confidence. War is so close to Eio the sound of drums can be heard in the tree lines.
We must tread carefully and ready our battle plans.
**We cannot wait to see you in a few weeks, sleep well higher realms, war is coming.
