Look mum I'm in Yorkshire! Back home and processing a wonderful time working on the crew of by the fabulous 🎪💫 a truly beautiful story and experience, I cannot wait to see this come to life on screen 😍 thank you to all those who I met along the way, I have loved working with and learning from you 💕 this is a film about pursuing your creative dreams and I feel very blessed that I am getting to pursue mine surrounded by such fab people. Everyone on set worked so hard to make this ambitious film a reality and it was so inspiring to see those hours pay off in the frame. Thanks in particular to and Fonny at for bringing me on another adventure! From driving through the beautiful Yorkshire dales to my first experience as a camera trainee, I have taken so much from this production that I will look back on with fondness 💖 thanks to all ✨

Have had a fantastic start to my year by fulfilling one of my new year's resolutions in January - being a runner on a film set! Thank you to .s.marwa and for the opportunity to work as a runner and production assistant on , has been a blast working with a fantastic crew and learning so much about collaborative filmmaking! It was often cold and muddy but definitely worth it to be out in the woods and working with such a great team. Thank you to all of you who answered my *myriad* questions and showed me the ropes. Even had a go at operating a RED thanks to ! Well and truly hooked. Looking forward to seeing the final result 😊

SOUND ON ✨ Anyone been to Wollaton Hall around dusk recently? This time of year it is one of my favourite places to go as the trees fill with thousands of crows and jackdaws, as seen in this little clip from last year! If anyone can tell me why they gather here I'd love to know!

This was one of my first tests of the low light potential of my current camera kit (it was after sunset so pretty dark in reality!) and as an early test I'm sure you'll agree it captured something really magical here.

Lucky enough to be in editing mode for a couple of pretty awesome projects at the moment, but when these two lovely people drop round last minute to take you climbing in the peaks you don't say no! 😍🧗‍♀️

Have been wanting an excuse for some intensive drone practice for a while now, and this fit the bill perfectly 🤩 slightly better than buzzing it up and down the garden!

Really enjoyed my first experience of outdoor climbing too 😄 surprised how good the hand and footholds can be on natural rocks, which is good as I wasn't 100% on my ability to land on the little crashmat if anything went wrong! All back in one piece though, and I think I'll stick to indoor climbing for a while 😂

Leicester Comedy Festival kicked off last night and will run for the next two weeks featuring some of our very own Nottingham-grown talents! Tonight it's the turn of improvised musical group Rhymes Against Humanity pictured here running riot at a show I photographed last November. As they were making up the story on the spot, the audience had no idea what to expect, but were delighted with some wild antics and cracking songs!

Welcome to Beeston Light Night 2022! ✨

Here's a snapshot of some of the activities that took place around Beeston Centre and the Rylands, bringing light to the darkest months. 🌠

A huge thank you to all of the organisers and participants for bringing your joy and all of your wonderful talents to this occasion: such amazing skills on display! 🤩
